Great service
I experienced difficulties related to returning my order. But later the Vidaxl team reached out proactively and offered suitable solutions to solve my issues. This is greatly appreciated and I think this behavior deserves a much better rating.
Hence changed my previous bad rating to good now :)

I was delivered a pretty useless article which was even doomed to cause harm. The service team saw my case and helped me out. I'd rebuy at and recommend Vida XL now.

I would give it a zero but that’s not possible. BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. Ordered a 60 kg bed, didn’t like it – totally fine, return should be easy, right? Wrong. Contacted customer service multiple times, they promised a pickup THREE times. I stayed home with no time slot given – and nobody ever showed up. No updates, no apology, no solution. And to top it all off: they deducted €40 from my refund for the return – even though it was their mess and the pickup never happened properly. Honestly? Never again. This company has no clue what real customer service means.

the worst service ever
the worst service ever. I ordered a bed from them and they promised 1-2 days delivery, but 10 days later it's still lost nobody knows where. I called many times, I was promised help, and over the phone everything seems possible, but in the end nothing happens. I will never buy anymore from them.

The 2nd order the package was a bit smashed but the company has a super costumer service tram and they compensated me. Super trustable and would buy with them again (I already did actually).

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, I purchased what was supposed to be a oxidise stainless garden box. They sent me a regular stainless steel box that is not oxydize. When I asked to return it because it was wrong, they proceeded to tell me that the box was right and would oxidise over time and would not take the return. I will never use this company again.

Poor Quality but got a full refund
I ordered a bed from vidaXL via OTTO and the product was defective, since it had a strong smell. After 2 months of airing the room, I contacted the service team to describe the problem and they offered a full refund upon return. I explained that it would be difficult to dissasemble the bed and pack it, which they understood, and they offered the full refund without returning the bed.
The quality of the bed wasn't good but overall they were open to my feedback and resolved the problem.

I was dissatisfied with the product. Customer service contacted me and refunded part of the purchase price. Fair enough! That doesn't make the product better, and I still think the quality could be better, But they care about my opinion and it helps to be seen. And if the critical issues will be solved I would recommend it

What an awful experience!!!
What an awful experience!!!! Made an order on 09.01.25. still no delivery as they choose worst company ever to deliver whatever you buy -Raben Group . There is no communication, no updates, no response to any way you try to get any info. Everyone is just apologizing but nobody knows where is my item or when it's going to be delivered and I spend more then 1000e,so careful if you want to buy something from them.
Finally, got my door left unattended in my front yard.
Wanted to edit my review in a maybe more positive tone but dimensions appeared out of standard so have to redo my entrance, meaning -instead of two hours job got four days job, still needs some touch up and cost itself a lot higher then expected.

The product I received had damage in a number of places, but I cnotacted vidaXL and they offered either to replace it or to reimburse me for the full price, so even though I wasn't happy with the product, I give the company five stars for their service.

I bought 2 flower pots as a set and had…
I bought 2 flower pots as a set and had a friend put them together because I couldn't have done it on my own. Now, after a good 3 months, one of the flower pots has cracked/burst open on the side. I then sent a photo to vidaxl to complain! The answer I received was that I should please take both flower pots apart (which are obviously planted), pack them up and send them back! The value of the flower pot is around 45 euros! The whole effort is disproportionate and absolutely unreasonable! I have never experienced such bad service! I would definitely not buy from here again!!! I am still waiting for an answer/agreement
