I really liked the service
I really liked the service. The delivery deadline was met—it took about 10 days. All the items were shipped. I’m just not giving 5 stars because one flare torch arrived defective. When I pulled the extendable part up to test it and then pushed it back down, one of the sections came out from the back, it got stuck, and I could no longer extend it. Apart from that, I recommend the store because it delivered on time and everything I ordered arrived. I may have just been unlucky with one item.

I ordered from ultrasfactory to sweden in the beginning of june, it got stuck in Szczecin, i don’t know what happened. I waited for a while before i contacted them and told them about the issue, They were kind enough to send out a new package for free, it was delivered in about 5 days since i placed the order. Great customer service and help, It came very well packaged, without damage, everything was in the package, It came perfectly fine and without Customs Issues, I would 100% recommend this site, Very good quality. They're useless, a total scam! I already warned them not to send my package with DPD, but they didn't listen to me just to avoid paying more. It's a scam! The worst part is they've increased their delivery prices. I thought maybe it was to ensure better, trouble-free delivery, but it's useless. I don't recommend ordering from this site. Go order from another site. I'm speaking for French customers.
