Scammer

Very disappointed.

I received a different and cheaper product than the one I ordered, without any prior notice. I ended up paying more than what I actually received.

After contacting them, they replied: “that’s exactly the same products, same factory, same effects, different design but better price”, which is completely dishonest as the products are clearly different (quality, design, and price).

I feel misled.

I do not recommend this platform.

"I placed an order worth over €300. The parcel was shipped, but it never crossed the country's borders and was returned to the shop. The shop is refusing to refund my money, even though they have the parcel in their possession. Furthermore, they are not responding to my messages or phone calls, despite claiming that they do."

What can i say? Amazing!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! They were extremely accommodating and easy to work with, even though everything was arranged on very short notice and involved a pretty large quantity. Communication was smooth, they stayed professional the whole way through, and delivered exactly what was needed. Truly appreciate the flexibility and effort — highly recommend!
