I purchased a YARD FORCE , Blower/Vacuum from Costco recently.
I followed the instructions correctly and assembled the item properly including charging the batteries.
It does not work.
I contacted the customer service which is in UK hoping that I can talk to someone. Instead it was a robot taking all my details and someone will call me tomorrow or later. I called during their working hours and I was appalled not to be able to get any technical help.
At least they should say at the beginning that this service is not manned by a human.
I contacted the customer service at Costco and they were , as usual, very helpful. I can return the product to the Warehouse to get the refund.

I purchased this mower foolishly thinking that it would make gardening so much easier and to be fair the first 6 months it worked perfectly, till it stopped working! The mower would be fully charged and then it would just stop in the middle of a cycle and not work for days. Out of sheer frustration I returned it back to Yard Force and from therein the service that I received was dreadful ! The Yard Force team noticed that my docking station cable had been cut (it had been repaired) they took it apart in their workshop and would not return it until I paid them £69.99 to repair it !
They wanted to charge me for something that was already working, which they had taken apart themselves !! Buyer beware ! Do not buy this mower and do not deal with this organisation !!

Great Lawnmower so easy to work have only used it once so far but will have a few more cuts before the Winter comes in
Was quite excited when it arrived as my old one was not battery

Great value package. Both the mower and the strimmer very powerful for their size

Puchased through Aldi, however after about 5 months, the battery has failed and refuses to charge.
Poor quality parts and hardware design.
After 4 hours of charging as shown on app 0% battery,
Now an expensive piece of garden furniture.

Simply the best!!

I have had a faulty battery replaced a year ago and recently, a long reach bush trimmer replaced which was redelivered just 2 days after. Nowhere else have I had customer service like this when it comes to garden tools. They simply understand and want to help you out. I hugely recommend over Stihl, Ryobi, Challenge and other competitors simply due to the fact that the customer service is easy, understanding and very quick to correct issues. Tools aren't the best in the world but they are exceptional for the price and if anything does go wrong Yardforce has your back. I will be purchasing more from these guys.

I have not had any contact from Yardforce to request more information.
My order was placed on 5/7/26 and I received an e-mail from them advising the order was being prepared for shipping.
I last chased up this order on 20/7 with a promise to receive a call back yesterday, no call was received.
To clarify the order is as follow:-

Few years back I bought a little jet washer from yard force, I thought that will do me as it’ll do the cars the bikes etc nothing stressful as it’s only a little unit. Well let me tell you how wrong I was. I have hammered this poor thing over the years and last week I thought ok the wife and I will take turns to clean out drive. After 18 solid hours over two Saturdays this thing never got a rest and it did it without any issues at all. What a tool, honestly the quality of this little unit is amazing flat out all day only stopping for a coffee and a sandwich, so do I rate yard force oh yes. Amazing bit of kit. A big thank you to the people who make these as I’ve had loads of pressure washers and they last a year or so then in the skip. Excellent product. Five star. ( it’s my husbands review)
