Software is not running on old Mac OS 10.15.xx.

Support changed the license to Windows version in about a frew minutes.

Great Support and very fast.

The program does what it says pretty well including converting to flac 24 bit 96kHz my preferred format, I really don't have a issue with the program or support. My beef is the policy of only allowing you to install on one computer LIFETIME, like I am going to keep the same obsolete computer the rest of my life. When I purchased in 2022 I don't recall that they even had recurring payments, you bought it,it's yours. It's only fair that they have some type of income coming in but I don't remember seeing anything about this "one lifetime" purchase, if I was aware I would have never bought this software. I am burnt out on having my wallet drained by all these companies wanting a monthly tithe, Not everyone has unlimited resources to subscribe to 20 or 30 services or software every month so you are going to lose out on a decent share of the market , now I have to go hide my truck as Ford might want to disable the ignition unless I pay them shake down monies

It started off a little rocky because of the smallest detail that was cleared up by great support.The program is brilliant.It is very quick to convert and low on resources.Thank you so much,guys.

I was completely lost because of an issue caused by my stream account and frustrated to the max when a lovely staff member (Mallin) stepped in and resolved the issue permanently. I have rarely experienced this level of customer support and truly appreciate for all the staff members being this professional & caring.

Support at Tunesmake is great and responsive. They helped me work through a change in the program super clearly and it worked right away. We had a little back and forth to clarify the issue, they asked for a screen video and it was solved.

I used this replace some old LPs and cassettes I had sitting around, and around Christmas time. Easy to use. My only issue was trying to turn it off/ cancel my subscription.

I had a few issues with this product which were totally my issues and had nothing to do with Tunesmake. The support I received was second to none and they didn’t make me feel burdensome at all. They got me all sorted out and I’m using this product with ease and wonderful results.

Tunesmake's support team is always very quick and you get several possibilities to troubleshoot. If they don't help at first try, Tunesmake Support assists you until they find a solution!

App was simple to use and downloaded my music from Deezer flawlessly. Very pleased with this app. Customer service responds online in a timely manner and is thorough in their follow through.

The software does exactly what it says and is very easy to use. I only had one problem updating it and the tech support helped me sort it the very next day. There are various options to choose the quality and type of file to save the song as, and it saves all the relevant meta info. Very impressed.

The software does what it says, and the lifetime license was easily moved to a new machine. Great, responsive customer service!
