Poor Customer Service
I've placed around three orders with The Tufting Shop and, until now, I've always had a good experience with them. This is the first time I've had an issue.
My most recent order was for a tufting frame. It arrived promptly, but unfortunately the package only contained the wooden frame parts. The hardware needed to assemble the frame was missing, so the product cannot be put together or used.
I contacted the company by email and Instagram as soon as I discovered the problem, but after a week I still haven't received a response. I'm disappointed because mistakes can happen, but good customer service is about resolving them when they do.
I'm leaving this review in the hope that someone from The Tufting Shop sees it and gets in touch so we can resolve the issue. If they do, I'll be happy to update my review.

“Update Comment” I had a lot of trouble with customs
I had a lot of trouble with customs. They processed one order as two separate orders, and customs first demanded £55, then £331. Communicating with the sellers is very difficult. I haven't received any replies to emails or messages. I've been dealing with this for a month regarding my £705 order. It's extremely frustrating.

They quickly resolved everything just hours after I posted comments here and on Google. They paid the customs duty—which had been charged a second time—and delivered my package to my home within 24 hours. I wish it hadn't come to that, but my problem was resolved.

Very good customer service. DPD f*** up the delivery twice - they resent it via post without any fees. A lot appreciated.

Even when UPS caused a delay with the delivery, the team at Tufting Shop was quick to respond and genuinely tried to sort things out. It’s a company that not only provides excellent materials but also prioritizes customer support. Highly recommend!

The worst buying experience of my life
The worst buying experience of my life. I would highly recommend that people avoid this company!
My items have still not arrived, it has been over 2 months now. Each time I contact them I am provided with a new excuse, even passing the blame to the delivery company (who had not received a parcel). After accusing them of Phishing and scamming, they had suddenly found and re delivered the item. This then immediately bounced back to the company and they’re ignoring all of my emails.

I couldn't be more disappointed . I made my order on the 29/11/2024 , they dispatched the item just on the 17 th of December , and we ended up that I was without for my daughter on the Christmas Day . They are absolutely unprofessional and not reliable , I still waiting for my refund . DON'T BUY FROM THEM !!!

I’m a new customer to this website. They have a solid variety of colour yarn, good guides if you should need them.
Had some issues with a delivery and customerservice were more than helpful! Highly recommend these guys!

Delivery by UPS ruins all
Hey, I’m waiting for the tufting gun to arrive but the delivery is a nightmare because it goes through UPS. Please stop working with them and contributing to their horrific service.

Not arrived
Large order purchased. Nothing arrived, been over a week - charged import fees. No updates as to when the order will be delivered. Ruined holiday plans completely unfortunately.
Perhaps isn’t the businesses issue and more the shipping companies but this experience won’t make me shop here again unfortunately.
