They got back to me with all the information via email.

This company is a scam. I wonder when the police will take action because someone should. They don’t communicate or collaborate, and there is no working phone number or real customer service. They lie about your documents, make excuses, and blame everyone instead of taking responsibility.

I paid them 6 months ago and still haven’t received my document. Luckily, I found another agent who completed the job in under 10 days.

Stay away from this place - 1 star is too generous.

Paid for a service, did not start the service for over a month. I requested a refund - been waiting for 3 weeks, filing a complaint with the credit card company now.

I ordered a set of documents for a relative who had lived in Italy several decades ago.

As several others have reported, the following occurred:

Tuttovisure took the payment, explicitly confirmed by email that they were unable to deliver the documents, offered a voucher instead of a refund, and then ceased all communication when I requested a full refund of the amount paid.

An outright scam. If you paid by credit card and the order is not delivered, initiate a chargeback.

Asked for documents in December 2024, I still didn't receive them

I paid 56 EUR for a simple copy of my residency certificate and it was never issued. After two YEARS of waiting and chasing and waiting some more, I requested a refund only to be offered a voucher for their website. Something that is of absolutely no use to me, as I have no intention of using their unreliable service ever again.

I paid nearly €200 for a straightforward translation of a criminal record, yet it has been two months, and I still have not received the document. Given that criminal records are valid for only three months, the delay likely renders it unusable for any official purposes. This level of service is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid engaging with this company.

Kind and quick to reply but they absolutely don’t have any control on the procedure. They had my document for 1 and a half months and they had just done the basic document while appostilled procedure had not even started and don’t guarantee any timeline. Some have taken 5 months too I’ve read.
My reimbursement procedure is still on stand by and I have already completed my Apostille and translation is just 5 days through other means.

I ordered a simple birth certificate (I had the misfortune to be born in Italy), paid the (expensive) fee, sent all the required modules, and... after three months, nothing.
They answered only one of my emails sent two months after the order, telling me that the 20 days for delivery is a 'guideline only'.
These people are scammers, and since it seems that many people in my position are in the same boat, we should all join forces and press criminal charges for online fraud.

I give 1 because I cannot give 0. The worst service I have ever received in my life. A scam. I asked for a certificate on 8 December 2023 which I have not received to this day, and I haven't even received a reply regarding the reimbursement I asked for at least 2 months ago as I no longer need the certificate I requested. I had to get the certificate myself because they did not do it. I feel cheated. They wanted the money in advance but I never received either the certificate or the refund. Very bad indeed.

This is a SCAM. I payed over 90€ for a document never arrived. They were always telling that the document was going to be sent as per their website information, but looking the information I should have received everything after one month. After 6 month I do not have a refund and they keep reply to me they are treating me with the time explain in their website, that is a total lie. You do not let a client wait 6 month for a piece of paper. You have to provide a refund if you realise you cannot provide the required service in the provided time.

This website is SCAM. It’s been six months and they have not delivered what I paid for. They also won’t do a refund. AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS.

I lost a bunch of MONEY, TIME AND I COULD LOOSE MY JOB!
In the beginning of March I payed 180€ for a criminal record with its translation in english. I need it urgently at the COST OF LOOSING MY JOB if I don't present it!
I sent in all the required documents and after waiting for a couple of days the only answer I got was to send a proof of payment which I did.
It was stated in the website that it would only take 15 days to arrive! After that no more answers. I sent a lot of emails expecting updates on the situation but to no avail.
Once again I payed 180€ for nothing! I AM GOING TO PRESS CHARGES TO THE POLICE!
This is unacceptable. They said it would take 15 days, now 1 month has passed and nobody answered my emails!!!
The only email that they answered was to know if I had payed!!!

All'inizio di marzo ho pagato 180€ per un casellario giudiziale con relativa traduzione in inglese. Ne ho bisogno urgentemente a costo di perdere il lavoro se non lo presento!
Ho inviato tutti i documenti richiesti e dopo aver aspettato un paio di giorni l'unica risposta che ho ricevuto è stata quella di inviare una prova di pagamento, cosa che ho fatto. Sul sito web era indicato che ci sarebbero voluti solo 15 giorni per arrivare! Dopodiché non ci saranno più risposte. Ho inviato molte e-mail aspettandomi aggiornamenti sulla situazione ma senza alcun risultato.
Ancora una volta ho pagato 180€ per niente! STO PER PRESENTARE UNA DEPOSITO ALLA POLIZIA! Questo è inaccettabile. Avevano detto che ci sarebbero voluti 15 giorni, ora è passato 1 mese e nessuno ha risposto alle mie email!!!

Professional and efficient service. Responsive to emails.

I payed for the service of obtaining a "stratto di nascita" along with extra fees for certifying it for international tramits and never got it... they NEVER answered a single email and shamelessly kept sending publicity to my email. I sent around 10 emails demanding answers and updates on the service I -might I add EXPENSIVELY- payed for, and never got an single email back.

Sono dei truffatori... veramente. Ho richiesto e pagato per un costoso servizio di estratto di nascita, ma il mio documento non è mai arrivato e non hanno mai risposto neanche a una email. NON DIVENTATE VITTIME DI LORO.

Son estafadores. Pagué por un servicio de extracto de acta de nacimiento y jamás respondieron un solo email y sobra decir que el documento jamás llegó! No contestaron medio email en 7 meses. NO SE DEJEN ESTAFAR.
