Better routes and good pricing
The flight routes and pricing are good in this difficult global environment and crisis. Agents could do better in terms of communication. He was polite and helpful but very less responsive. I didn’t get timely response. Overall, I got a good deal.

We have also carefully reviewed your concerns regarding communication and response times. Based on our records, the executive remained in touch with you for over a month regarding this booking. Initially, a booking was held for you in March as requested, but despite several follow-ups, we did not receive a response for 3–4 days.
When you reconnected with us in April, the consultant again shared multiple itinerary options and continued assisting you. However, the booking decision was delayed on several occasions, and in some instances we did not receive a response for a number of hours. As airline pricing and seat availability can change quickly, this made it difficult to secure certain options in time.
We completely understand that travel decisions require careful consideration. At the same time, when clients are able to share an approximate confirmation timeline, it helps our team manage availability more efficiently while continuing to assist all customers awaiting support.
That said, we value your feedback regarding responsiveness and will certainly use it to further improve our communication standards. Thank you once again for choosing us, and we look forward to serving you better in the future.
