I have wasted hours ......
I have wasted hours trying to use a Morrisons Supermarket £15 eGift Card here in the UK. I have had many eGift Cards, some from Tremendous, some elsewhere. Some purchased, some as rewards from research companies. I use them in Google Wallet and have never had a major problem before.
I have tried this eGift Card in my local store on four separate occasions. I have travelled to a different store while on holiday. Every time it states "Invalid Barcode", and won't accept the card. I spoke at length to Tremendous Customer Service, which I discovered was AI after a while, but it won't admit it. I have tried Morrisons Customer Service on phone and e.mail. They tell me that the card is valid, has £15 loaded, and has no failed transactions showing.
I have asked Morrisons customer service in-store. They can't help, telling me to contact customer service online, which I had done. I have asked a staff member to type in the Gift card number. They tried said it wouldn't work, and got very annoyed with me, saying it needed cancelling and reissuing.
I have now written 15 e.mails to Tremendous A1 and am still being told to repeat all the steps I have taken, and told that the card cannot be reissued.
I have e.mailed Research in Finance 3 days ago, who sent me the Gift Card - no reply. The £15 was earned doing a ten minute research survey. I don't have hours to spare spending the reward.
IN REPLY to the very fast but unhelpful reply from Tremendous, this shows their totally uncaring nature. If their only customer service agent is AI, then the world is doomed because they haven't helped in the slightest.

Don't care for customers
My google play card just disappeared in the system it was only for£10 but less than helpful also wanting me to find stuff out that they should be doing i had receipt order completion everything but no help and no recourse. zero stars in fact minus as they stole my money and this will stay up until it's resolved which doesn't look like happening as they don't care for customers
