The job is legitimate, for those get removed maybe they just did something wrong, once get removed you wont get notice why or how. Luckily I survived till payout

I have worked as a Quality Analyst for OpenTrain AI on the VQA project batches (VQA_MAL) since February 2026. While the work itself is professional, the payment process is unacceptable. I have outstanding payments for work completed in February and March that are now over 60 days overdue.
Despite multiple attempts to contact support via email and follow up with Admin on the platform, I have been met with total silence for weeks. The last update was a month ago stating they were "waiting for a client report," but there has been no transparency since. I have fulfilled my contract with high accuracy, yet I am being ghosted by the finance team.
Update: My payment is recieved delayed but finally recived with multiple emails.

Even though I had a related certification, I didn’t really have knowledge or confidence in this field, so I wasn’t thinking about pursuing it. Then one day, while updating my LinkedIn, I received a message from OpenTrain. That moment became the start of everything.
I really liked their milestone system at the beginning, and most of all, the payment process was very clear and reliable.
Thanks to this experience, I gained enough confidence to apply to other companies in the same field. I truly feel grateful to OpenTrain for opening this path for me.
