DO NOT BUY.

I received 6 bottles of sugar water. I have been dealing with herbs, vitamins, tinctures, and the like on a daily basis for almost 20 years and I instantly knew it was sugar water. Haha. I will be getting my money back from the credit card company.

I love the safety of their fenben! It arrives in no time at my house!

My first order arrived late and broken open. I explained the situation to wild harvest. They sent me a new kit about a month later. The product I received had no logo on the package or the bottles. If I buy a supplement and it doesn't look like the advertised product I'm sending it back. Will not buy from this company again.

Ordered over a month ago and still haven’t received the product. I will definitely be canceling the subscription. Do not recommend this company.

It took a very long time for my product to be sent by the company.
But when I emailed company they responded straight away.
Abd i was able to then track my product.

Their customer care team is great. Unfortunately the order was mishandled and arrived broken. I notified the team and got a response the same day once I was able to send them photos, they put in motion to send me the replacements. I will write another review once the shipment arrives.

I'm not someone who writes reviews often but this earned one. The routine was easy, the quality felt high and I would have no problem ordering again in the future.

The brain fog I had been dealing with wasn't completely gone but it definitely improved. I found myself feeling more focused during work and less mentally drained.

I've been telling my husband for years that something wasn't right with my digestion. Most doctors brushed it off. This cleanse was the first thing that made me feel heard and the daily routine was easier than i expected.

Do not order from this company. They will not answer the phone they promise a guarantee and dont stand behind that. They will make promises thru email over and over and do nothing

My order arrived quickly and everything was packaged nicely. By week three I wasn't reaching for coffee every afternoon just to stay awake. That alone made it worthwhile for me.

I've followed natural health communities for years and this felt more thoughtfully put together than most products I've tried. No complicated instructions, just a simple routine I could actually stick with.

Because I feel cheated under the circumstances. I was saved a third unwanted payment, that I wasn’t aware was about to be shipped - I am still out of a lot of money on the damaged 2nd package I was not aware had been placed a the door. Although it remained there - according to our recent communication, it was obviously delivered in horrible condition. It did not squash itself. Things happen on delivery vehicles or else why would its condition be mentioned as a possible return issue. Boy this was leaking and attracted something that ate the plastic bag. When I opened it the cardboard boxes were not chewed. But the leakage is visible on the box in my photos. And no, I don’t want a replacement for the second order. I don’t think your return policy is fair under this happenstance. No notification of delivery. A damaged leaking condition. Not found till weeks later because of lack of communication and unused doorway. This is about quality of delivery. Timing rules that don’t fit the situation.

I have only just started using the product so at this point I can’t attest fully to the outcome but I can attest to the integrity of the company. I have a part of my delivery smashed, I made contact, they sent out a replacement immediately. Unfortunately the replacement was also broken. They went the extra mile for me and sent me a full replacement of my first order not just the part that was broken. So I can confidently say they are real, responsive and have integrity. I would definitely purchase and again and recommend to personal friends that they can be trusted.

I used to wake up in the middle of the night almost every night. Halfway through the cleanse I realized I was sleeping through until morning more consistently. That was a pleasant surprise.

I sent a message on a Sunday afternoon, requesting a change in my regular shipments of the product, and was pleasantly surprised to have a response within the hour, even though it was the weekend. The staff was courteous and understanding and took care of everything promptly.
I will definitely do business with them again.

Their customer service has the personal touch, one of my 3 packages were crushed in shipping, and I had barely send images of the event when customer service gave me confirmation of the replacement at no cost. They even gave me clearer instructions of the use: The first 30 days you kill the invaders and the next 30 days you flus out the "roadkill" then wait a short while for the embedded eggs to hatch and before they have a chance to mature and lay their own eggs you kill the new brood and later flush them out.

The Wild Harvest Gut Cleanse took over a month to arrive, and I was automatically subscribed to their monthly payments even though I hadn't opted in when I purchased the product. The product itself had typos all over the packaging, and no clear, detailed instructions of how to use it; i.e. at what time, how many times a day, etc. I ended up not using it, assuming it wasn't legitimate.
