If I could give trust line carriers -5…
If I could give trust line carriers -5 stars I would. Paid them $265. I was promised the truck would be delivered the next day got the runaround. The total was supposed to be $800 and wound up being $1300 do not use this company. They scam you. I was assured the truck would be there for my daughter’s birthday. They were extremely unprofessional and could not deliver.

I had a vehicle to be shipped recently…
I had a vehicle to be shipped recently and upon google searching, Trustline Carriers showed up as a top option.
The quotation process was quite smooth, and Scott contacted me 5 min after I submitted my request. A total of $600 ($200 booking fee + $400 paid directly to the driver) was quoted. Been warned that a lot of these brokage firms take the "bait and switch" approach, I was very skeptical on the price. After confirmed with Scott that the $600 total is what I was going to pay, and Scott vowed that he would get my car shipped at that price, even though couple other firms quoted me about $1000.
I signed the contract and paid my $208 (4% processing fee on credit card).
The second day, Scott call me and informed me that I had to pay $1100 total since he could not find a driver who was willing to ship my vehicle at $400. Wow, what a surprise. Of course, the contract is constructed that I would loose my $208 booking fee if I back out.
After complaining, Scott was able to find someone who would ship my car for a total of $850 (including his $200 brokage fee). Not much I can do at that point since I did not want to lose my $200, I yielded, and Scott confirmed the pickup on Tuesday.
Tuesday, the driver did not show up (his truck broke down); same excuse for Wednesday, but finally the driver picked up the vehicle on Thursday. He actually did a very good job documenting 60 pictures, and provided a BoL. During the process, Scott did answer my phone calls and provided good communications.
Car showed up 3 days later as communicated. No damage. The offloading was quite smooth. The driver was very polite as well. Good communication on his side.
Overall, it did put a bad "bait and switch" taste in my mouth. Would I use them again, probably not. But I guess other guys are using the same tactics, maybe.
Liars and rude people
Horrible people and horrible service they gave me and my mom a $650 quote and told us that they would pick it up on Monday and they never found a driver after we coordinated with them that the car was gonna be picked up on Monday. I wanted my car to be picked up and ended up saying that they had two other options, but they were more expensive. One price was $2100 and the other one was $1400 and they still proceeded to talk to my mom like if she was retarded it’s crazy that they treated us like trash and they ended up keeping our money of $200 fee and also they have this stupid fee that if you cancel it, they basically keep your $200 or whatever so we had to let it go because we got tired of them being rude to us and lied to us.

Bait and switch to close the deal
Trustline uses bait and switch sales tactics. They set a price, have you sign a contract, and then start to give you realistic quotes. I was originally quoted $850, signed a contract, and was required to pay a $200 deposit. I was told my car would get picked up that day....then the next day....then the next day. Then you start to get real quotes and realize the original price was just set to get you in the door and you start to get real quotes from real carriers.
In the end, I paid $1300 to ship the car and it took almost 2 weeks....which is probably about what I expected before having them confirm multiple times that it would be $800 to get the deposit. I hate that I couldn't have gotten a realistic quote from the beginning and been able to make an informed decision.

Confusing, annoying mess
I got set up with trustline, they said they could pick my truck up on the day I needed it gone, the price was good ($1050). It was strange though as the man couldnt speak english very well and wanted to continue text messaging instead of talking on the phone. The day its supposed to be picked up no one contacts me to tell me when theyre going to be there but I just wait patiently. As my wife is on the phone with them I get a text message saying their truck is leaking oil and that there is a closed trailer available and they will wait for me to confirm going with that trailer but it will be more expensive. I have to ask how much more it will be and they give me the price of $2400. I say no and decided to cancel because I feel like im getting upsold/scammed so I text the guy, he says is have to go through the cancelation process. I look that up and I guess its just sending an email saying I cancel, so I do that and send another messaging telling him I canceled through email. The next day I get a text saying, hello we are working on finding you another carrier, so again I tell him I cancelled please dont assign someone because then I have to pay a cancelation fee, send a screenshot of the email then called, cant understand what the guy is trying to say but I guess he wants to call me back.. I send a screenshot of the email, he says he never got the email, I tell him my lawyer will be in contact with him if I dont get a refund and within 10 mins he texts back saying he refunded me.. They say moving is one of the most stressful situations, well this didn't help whatsoever. I dont understand how some people get hired for a job that requires good communication when they can barely put sentences together. Now I feel like I have to cancel my credit card and get a new one because I dont trust "trustline"
1970 VW Bus Move - Savannah to Dallas
I worked with charlie to move my daughters 1970 Westfalia VW Bus from College back home. It took us two times to get it coordinated, but he was easy to work with. The bus was delivered two days early - but the carrier made sure we were happy with the delivery before we paid them. Thank you Charlie

Worst Delivery!
Trustline gave me an initial quote which a day before pick up of my motorcycle went up by $300.00 The pick up was late to the next morning at 3:00 a.m.! Bike was delivered four days late by 2:00 a.m. in the morning. I don't where they found these drivers but, these guys should not even be trusted to deliver pizza! I will recognize that my bike got safe, but during the process of delivery the two wack jobs woke up my entire neighborhood. I am never ever doing business with Trustline!

BAIT AND SWITCH / HELD MY DEPOSIT HOSTAGE
Tried to bait and switch me then hold my deposit hostage when asked for a refund. I was quoted at $80, then when it was time for a driver to pick up my vehicle a sales person told me that they would have to do it for $1700 and it would be impossible to find someone for $800. He also mentioned on the phone how he would be able to refund me if I asked for it but then when I asked for my deposit to be refunded he switched up and told me that it was non-refundable and held my money. Very misleading.
