I paid for a vps and in the first hour I understood that the vps are useless. They have useless computers. If you know what you are doing and are an experienced user, you will understand that it is not worth bothering with. In 2 hours I told them I want my money back because your computers are useless. I paid for another vps and did exactly the same with the same features but I paid a lot more money. Now I am writing here because the scumbags stole my money, they have cheap prices but it is not worth it, the computers are useless.

They will steal your money and they will make you dizzy to fix the problem. They have the problem in their minds and probably because there is not much sun in their country.

On May 19, I ordered a VPS with Ubuntu 24.04. The service description mentioned activation may take up to 48 hours — I accepted this.
On May 21, the server was activated, but:
CentOS was installed instead of the requested Ubuntu 24.04
The control panel was unstable: frequent freezes lasting 1–8 hours
Server access was intermittent
I contacted support with a detailed description of the issue. Received generic responses that did not address the problem. Follow-up messages were either ignored or answered formally without resolution.
Summary: After 4 days of waiting, I neither received a properly configured service nor meaningful assistance. If you're considering this hosting for production use, I recommend verifying that the initial setup matches your order before relying on it.

Awful service. VPS went down after restoring a Mikrotik CHR backup which never happened before with other providers. I was unable to start or rebuilt the server as the control panel was unavailable, and even tech. support couldn't help me with that. Next day they just ignored my messages. They told me I can't use Mikrotik CHR, but they have it in the image list!

I tried dozens of vps providers and that's the first time I have such an experience.
The icing on this cake is that they don't do refunds.

I’ve been running WordPress-based websites for over ten years with several different hosting providers. So far, Tietokettu has been the best of them. Their customer service is knowledgeable and friendly. Their servers also support the LiteSpeed Cache plugin, which has been a great help in improving site loading speeds. Most other companies only support fully paid alternatives!

Cool new Finnish VPS provider and as far as I know, with unbeaten prices not to mention reliable and fast customer support.

I purchased the Tietok 6" mini chainsaw on Amazon in April 2024.
Finally tried it out in May a couple of times then went to use it in June & the chain would not move. The machine itself sounds healthy. My neighbor helped with trouble shooting. It seems that if the chain is not moving, turn it off, pull the chain back a bit then try again. This usually works. I have also had a difficult time to trying to contact Tietok. Talked to Amazon (I knew that my return time had passed). The lady was very helpful & after a bit of researching she was able to send me an emailed the contact info.

Good service, decent prices. Never had any problems in 3 months.

I am using VPS solutions from Tietokettu to host a social media platform and chat service for personal use, and it requires a good uptime and connection speed. Everything works well and as expected in that matter.

I had some problems with registering a domain name through Tietokettu, but helpful support team was able to resolve this issue for me.

It's been a year or so since i am using Tietokettu to host my website.
