# Review of HYEHOST LTD - Serious Service Issues & Poor Support
I've been using HYEHOST's VPS service for about 2 months for a hobby project (tunnel broker). My experience has been extremely disappointing.
## Issues Encountered:
- Server randomly freezing multiple times over the past month
- Complete server failure with "XZ-compressed data is corrupt" errors
- Recovery tools (netboot, gparted) also failed with the same errors
- Another customer (route64.org) experienced identical issues simultaneously
## Customer Service Problems:
- Support blamed my changes despite evidence of system-wide issues
- After briefly recovering, servers failed again at the same time for both customers
- Both of us were kicked from their Discord support group without explanation
- Multiple support tickets have been completely ignored
- They attempted to charge for the next month despite ongoing service failure
When technical issues happen, good companies acknowledge the problem and offer solutions. Instead, HYEHOST chose to blame customers, remove support access, and ignore communications.
I would have been satisfied with a simple "Sorry, we're having issues, we'll recreate your server." Instead, I received zero assistance and lost access to a paid service (€15/month) that's supposed to be available until March 26th.
I cannot recommend this provider given their combination of technical failures and unprofessional support response.
