I placed an order for a personalized brass plate that was going to be placed on a retirement gift. I was searching around and had seen Etsy options but chose Things Engraved as I was able to email them with what I was envisioning and also, since it was sort of late notice, if I would receive the order in time.

It was great to email back and forth and to also receive a mock up of the design/words.

Price was great and I received it next business day as expected. The service and product received was great!

The champagne flutes were engraved exactly as i wanted for my daughter's upcoming wedding. Im very happy with them. Things Engraved were very prompt at answering my questions and solving any concerns that I had.
I would definitely recommend and im sure I will be returning in the future when daughter #2 gets married next year.

I was looking for a nice inscribed keepsake for a 25 year employee. I sent the words, and choice of plaque, and within a day had a rendering in my email. It was perfect so I ordered it and had it in time for my meeting a few days later. Excellent service. Product was slightly lighter in weight than I had hoped for for the $200 but a minor let down all in all. Tx Chris

I ordered a personalized chef's smock for my son's birthday and WOW - this company is super responsive and really quick. They even sent me a mock up so I could proof it before they made it. Very reasonably priced, super quick processing and shipping. Definitely recommend!
