Order did not ship until 4 weeks after…
Order did not ship until 4 weeks after I ordered it. I tried to contact customer support but was directed to an automated channel. After 5 emails to the bot it finally put me through to a real person. I was not given updates on my order and was just told they were working on it. Order came in fine but the experience in between was unsettling.

Fulfillment problems
The order took far too long to ship. Then when I received it there was an error on the order. If you want to be a DTC then you need to figure out your fulfillment. Also your chat bots where terrible when I connected to ask questions about my order and refund. Too circular in the responses.

Missing, doubles, and wrong items received
Everything that could go wrong did. End of the story. The company is incredibly unprofessional and even though I payed the protection plan, it doesn’t cover any mistakes of their doing. Non expensive doesn’t necessarily means cheap, but the service was so “cheap” that even if the jewelry lasts, the bad experience is the thing that lasts in my mind, unfortunately.

Beautiful Jewelry
I bought a cross necklace and three bracelets as a gift and the recipient loves them! My order was delivered quickly and in plenty of time for the party. It’s always hard to tell online what the quality will be like in person. The jewelry is well made and looks very pretty even up close.
