A very shoddy garment .

A very shoddy garment that looked as though it was made in a shed by an overlocking machine ! No labels so although the garment was advertised as a warm cashmere jumper the material was some sort of knit fabric that was nothing like the colour, feel or shape in the ad.

Purchaser Beware as this is a Spam.

Totally disappointed as I purchased 4 items and there is no labelling or care instructions but more importantly the fabric is of poor quality. So much so I wouldn't be surprised if the jumper and coats will fall apart whilst I am wearing them. Avoid this seller at all costs as this was a costly lesson on my behalf. A total spam.

Scam - purchasers beware

Ordered 4 items and I'm not happy with any of them. Sizes are all different even though I ordered the same size. There is no labelling for material, care instructions, manufacturer or size. What a scam. I wish I had of googled reviews before I ordered.

This shop is a SCAM

This shop is a SCAM. DO NOT BUY! Like all the other poor reviews, the product is not cashmere. The
LARGE size I bought just fits my size 8 daughter. Such a shame and shame they think it OK to rip people off.

Would prefer to award no stars. This is a scam.

Would prefer to award no stars. This company is a scam. I purchase 2 sweaters for approximately $150. One was supposedly reduced from $440! I should have known better. They are synthetic rubbish and unwearable! The company requested photos of my items which I supplied and I’ve heard nothing from them in a week. They obviously have no intention of refunding my money. I would like to warn the public not to deal with this company.

My mother just purchased a product…

My mother just purchased a product falsely advertised as a 'Maria cashmere jumper' $395 marked down to $91.95 from this scammer called Tessa Bayside, advertised on Facebook. The product arrived like it had been washed poorly, scrunched up, way too small with no care label. As a result unable to determine the size or materials used to make the jumper. And it did not depict the quality or loose fit of the photo. She sent an email only to have it bounce back.

Total scam -beware

This site deserves zero stars. They are scammers and have stolen money from me as they did not provide the advertised item I thought I had purchased.
Like other reviews I ordered a cashmere jumper and was sent a poor synthetic fabric with the sizing and fabric label cut off.
It was clearly from China, not Australia and it is rubbish.
The website is fake and it looks like the scammers have stolen someone's clothing site and made it their own.
In Australia I have reported the site to ACCC and will add Scamwatch.I will also write a letter to the Australian newspaper and the Adelaide Advertiser warning innocent shoppers of these dishonest, horrible people.
Facebook needs to take this site down.
I have emailed the company but knew they would not answer. Anyone who supports this site with a positive review on Trust Pilot is also likely to be part of the scam.
Warn your friends and family.

Too good to be so cheap.

I agree with all the previous reviewers. It’s the first time I have bought online from a company I had no knowledge of. I should have known better. It’s a scam and rubbish. I should have known better! One star is too good for them. At least I lost only $70. I was looking at another company today and I checked it on Trustpilot and that was a scam. I trust Temu and Shein more than unknown companies.

Not merino wool, but cheap synthetic

A merino wool jumper marked down from $380 to $80 arrived shoved in a bag from Hong Kong (not Melbourne, as website implies). The jumper is not wool. Its made from a cheap synthetic material and smells awful.

Absolute SCAM

Absolute SCAM! Allegedly, this store was moving from Bayside to Scottsdale and had to reduce clothing prices to move inventory. The clothing arrived weeks later than "tracking" estimated. The clothing is cheap, plastic, thin fabric and the shoes are plastic. The site alludes to the clothing being linen. Most definitely not. The seams are glued together. When I inquired about returning for a full refund, as the site promises, I was offered two horrible options of a 10% refund instead of return or 30% refund instead of return. I said I wanted to return the cheap clothing and shoes. The "representative" finally sent me an address in China and said that shipping was my responsibility. This garbage company charged almost $200 for unwearable clothing and isn't willing to take a return. If I were to return the product, I would probably be out of pocket for the shipping fee and would never receive the refund. This garbage is going directly into the trash.

This is a scam site

This is a scam site. I first visited the website from a Facebook post in our local group, from supposedly a woman saying she was soon moving to our area and would be relocating her store from San Francisco to our city in Tennessee. So she was having a huge sale so she wouldn't have to move all the inventory. So I went to the website and ordered about $500 worth of items that were supposedly marked around 80% off. So clearly I thought was ordering high end clothing, with the original prices being $200 and $300!!! My main items I really wanted were the expensive Vice Versa heels.

Well, I first ordered on May 29, 2026. The next day I received an email stating that "some items in your order have been refunded", and the Vice Versa heels were marked as refunded, and that $159.95 may take up to 10 days for this refund to appear in my account.

I replied asking if there were any other styles of that brand available in my size, since apparently those aren't? I received a response on June 1 that they would check the availability and get back to me as soon as possible. Thanked me for my patience and that they'd be in touch soon.

A week later on June 7, I still had not received a response NOR any shipping update on the rest of the order. I also went ahead and ordered another style of the heels I wanted. I requested an update on all these things.

On June 9, I emailed again, stating that the lack of response had me concerned.
They replied they would go ahead and forward my request to their management team and would get back to me with an update as soon as possible.

On June 12, they respond that the sandals were out of stock and unavailable. "To proceed, please confirm that you would like a refund, and we will process it for you right away."

I replied: ok, well, that's fine. That's the 2nd pair of Vice Versa heels I have tried to order. My first question from two weeks ago was ARE there any available in my size? Someone was going to check but never responded again.
Secondly, I've also asked for any update on the rest of my order, as there's been nothing.

17 hours later, with still no response, I wrote: you know, if my order hasn't shipped yet, please go ahead and cancel the whole thing. The communication with your store has been very disappointing.

They finally responded on June 13: they cancelled the order and processed the refund, and that the amount would be reflected in my account shortly.

I responded: what about my original order??? It appears you only cancelled the second order that you don't have the product for anyway.

THEN on June 14, they write that they are pleased to inform me my order has been successfully delivered.

OMG. The order looks like it came from China or something, NOT from any San Francisco boutique. And sadly, the clothing items are of very poor quality, DEFINITELY NOT the expensive high quality expected. And all of the TAGS are cut out!!! Literally cut out. Absolutely no sign of size, fabric, or washing instructions. You can even see where the tags are cut out. I am so angry.

And NOW when I go to the website, it says it's in Melbourne and she's retiring. Last week, it said it was in San Francisco, and that she was relocating to Dallas! And when I originally went to the site, it was in San Francisco and she was relocating to Nashville area. It's all a SCAM and NONE of my money has been refunded.
