I haven't received my shoes yet, but the service leading up has been phenomenal! I sent an email for a special request regarding an item, and they not only promptly messaged back, but gave me honest advice and have since acted on their word.

I haven't received my order yet but the website is easy to navigate, which was great. There was a great selection of dresses to suit everyone.
I was hoping for a quicker response to my email enquiry regarding refunds and delivery as I was on a short timeframe so had to order without getting a response. Following day and I still haven't received a response even though their website states within 24 hrs on a business day.

Do not order from this site!!!
Ordered a garment which when it arrived looked nothing like it was advertised.
The day it arrived I requested a full refund.
They offered me 70% off another item!
They then offered me a 10% refund!
They make it so difficult to get a full refund. When, after numerous emails, they agreed to a refund but I had to track the garment back to China which would have cost more than I had paid for the garment.
Very disappointing and frustrating experience. Business like this shouldn’t be allowed to keep trading in my opinion.

DO NOT use this company. My experience was an absolute scam. The original photo and the item received were completely different. (Note many of the positive reviews on this forum were written prior to receiving item) And despite many emails to and fro, with all evidence documented and reminding them that they have a website that says they offer 'no cost returns' for their error, they insist on you paying shipping costs back to China or try to get you to order more at a discounted price.
I refused to pay to return item and raised a dispute with my bank which was settled in my favour.

The site was easy to navigate, and the products are just what I was looking for and reasonably priced.
