We love the Tales & Tails food! Flicky eats everything although she‘s picky sometimes

I had a wonderful experience shopping at Tales&Tails online! The website is easy to navigate, and they have a wide selection of high-quality pet products at great prices. My order arrived quickly, well-packaged, and exactly as described.

What I loved most was the care they put into customer service — they even followed up to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this shop to all pet parents!

My dog has allergies, and this food is perfect for us. He has no problems with his coat. He also has less gas.

My husky Pola loves the Tales & Tails Lamb Dry Food! Great quality, super tasty, and easy on her sensitive stomach. She is a picky eater, so we had to try many different ones, but she stayed with this one. Highly recommend! 🐾

Great quality food but very expensive £110 a month to feed a German shepherd which I don't mind paying for quality food but now shopping elsewhere as deliveries are very unreliable and rarely within the expected delivery times

Food is good quality, nice sort of snacks, functional snacks didnt do much for my dog - the Bauchpinsler for example...my dog is taking it for approx 2 months now and the poop is still soft (eating their food as well) - the claims on the packaging and idea behind is nice, but for us it didnt work.
Wet food seems also a good quality, although i noticed more little fatty pieces in recent batches but still my dog enjoys it a lot.

What deterred me the most from them is their incompetence with the packing the orders...it has been now I think 5th time that they got my order wrong...especially the canned food.

Seems like they don't know their own products, that they sell 3sort, 6 pack of food (meaning 3 different sorts, two of each = 6 pack) and if you order it multiple times, they take it as 6 cans...so I am constantly missing 6 cans in my order...
I complained, they apologized but no fix has been made in terms of training their packing employee to understand this simple math. Therefore I cancelled my Abo and will look for a company that can send a whole complete order at once...

Such a shame but if they refuse to improve, there is no reason why I should stay...there are other great quality dog food companies out there, so save yourself the nerves with incomplete orders and look for a different one.

We switched to Tales & Tails food for our Shiba Inu due to allergy issues, and the results exceeded all expectations. Our dog immediately felt better: she became more active and playful, her coat improved, and eye problems disappeared. Her appetite also significantly improved. All these changes clearly indicate the high quality of the food. I enthusiastically recommend Tales & Tails to all dog owners, especially those facing similar issues.
