I recommend Pets Deli. My dog likes it, particularly the wet food. I think it's a great, balanced option. We've had only good experiences with Pets Deli products and the people behind it.

Fast. Quality is also good

Delivery is always prompt and the quality of the products is high. My Shih Tzu loves everything I have ordered so far from Pets Deli.

My cats usually like their food. However when they change recipes and packaging they realise and it takes a while which is hard. Also packaging requires a little bit more padding in between boxes but totally trustworty:)

In Aug 2025, I started buying your food for my two cats in Berlin. Since I switched, the cats are thriving! They purr with excitement for every feeding time, whether for wet or dry food. Their favourite is the tuna fillet with pumpkin. One of my cats was experiencing health issues, and since switching to your food, he is doing better than ever. He's like a little kitten again. Thank you for your wonderful product. You've gained a customer for life. :)

The quality of the food is great. All of the varieties has been keeping my cats happy. The customer service is reasonably courteous and prompt, but there's always a problem with the delivery.

I run a subscription with the company, but the delivery experience so far has me always wondering if I need a Plan B between one delivery and another.

So far I had four orders:
- the first one was fine
- the second one was the first delivery for my subscription which was fine
- the third one I made changes to the subscription and the delivery never made it. I was never notified, and was told of a system issue only when I checked with customer service. CS asked me to cancel my subscription and re-order again. This fixed the issue but I wished Pets Deli would let me know when I shouldn't expect my subscription order to arrive on time.
- the fourth one I tried to make an order taking advantage of the Black Friday discount, but then the delivery got returned due to a problem with the same address I have used all along. I got a refund, but it was a bummer that I was forced to miss out on the discount.

I'm due for the next subscription delivery, but was just informed one day ahead that one of the items is discontinued. They provide a solution saying they will dispatch my order without it, which is better than non-delivery certainly, but if I was informed earlier I can order something else.

I feed my cats on a regular schedule, and really calculated my orders to keep them fed. It's not the end of the world, but the purpose of a subscription is really to have a reliable supply and I wish my Pets Deli orders can live up to that.

Very sad. Because my cat liked it if i fished out the large pieces of carrots and pumpkin. Assuming the product arrives undamaged the ingredients do not match the product. My cat takes a few bites and runs off. In closer inspection found alot of bones that look like neckbones and hard green srtrawlike pieces. Nowhere in the ingredients does it show carcass or bones or chicken necks. The hard green pieces could be bockhornklee but it is not ground small enough. Cooked chicken bones are bad for cats. And this was supposed to be anti struvite with low calcium. Bones are full of calcium. Do not trust this company for veterinary food. Their Cremes are great. But their cat vet anti struvite food is just too dangerous and questionable for me to feed my cat.

We bought a toy for the dog. It turned out to be from very poor quality and was broken within 2 days. This, considering the prize paid, unaccepable.
The sollution offered would force us to travel back to Luzern (from Belgium).
Not a very customs friendy procedure.

A couple of days ago we received another email. PETS DELI told us that the cost of the toy xould be returned on the creditcard that was used for the purchase. Obviously we appreciate this guesture. At this moment we have not yet actually received the funds but we assume it will come soon.

Case closed!!!

We are now oct 31st.... still not received any refund.

Our little Luna has been a happy Pets Deli customer for the past year, and we are also delighted with the results. We noticed the effect of the food quality during the first week, her fur changed a lot for the better, and she loves it!

I am very happy with ordering every two month the best food for my dog.
We experienced a lot between the mono proteins, but now we found the most comfortable food.
Everything is fast and reliable. :)

I made a first order for a total of +\- 140€ and mostly the food is great quality except for one batch of humid cat food. I opened 4 cans and in each of them were pieces of bones at the very top of each can. 12 cans I purchased were 40,76€. When contacting the company they refunded me 20€ after quite some back and forth. When I inquired why they didn’t refund me the amount of the product I purchased I got a very weird response saying that they wanted more pictures. Long story short they wanted me to send bad product back to them in order to get the rest refunded because they apparently concluded that the pictures I send is not bone matter but tendons.

Was really good Dog food for my french Bulldog puppy!
Because Frenchies are getting bloated If you give them the wrong type of food and with the 'try it out' food Box from pets deli was it a very good experience my puppy didn't get bloated and didn't 'fart' much!
And my puppy really really Likes the snacks!

the food tastes good. the soups are juicy and delicious. the dry food crispy and delicious. shipping is fast and uncomplicated. customer service very nice and very helpful.

It is super easy to order, the have regulary great offers and deliver fast. Paying is easy and the shop looks nice too. Also they send you interesting information about animal nutrition and healthcare.
The products are great and it is a nice experience for the owner as well.
