I will never order online anything again. It takes years for something to come. Even then they will split one order into multiple and delivery time gets even longer

Now im here again… same location… 30th of april, me and my friend were buying snus. I told the cashier what I wanted and she asked for an ”id or drivings licenses”, I only have a passport so I used that. The cashier then proceeded to look at me and sigh and told me that ”u cant use that, u need a id card or a drivings licenses” I was shocked. I looked back at my friend and then a random man who was behind us in the queue and asked him ”isn’t the passport the strongest of them all” and he said ”yes it is” and I told the cashier that. She proceeded to tell me that ”it will only work this one time okay, next time u will need a id card or drivings lisence”. I got my snus at last. Im just shocked at how uneducated employees they have… to clear up some things, my passport is up to date, it’s valid and not out of date. It could have been the fact that I had black hair in the photo and recently went blonde but still u can see it’s me… once again disappointed…

Very very bad customer service.Their workers show attitude all the time not customer friendly stuffs.They are also staring people with suspicious look like everyone is going there to stole specially showed very bad behaviour with the non finnish people.I'll not go there anymore until their cheap and disgusted behaviour towards customers don't stop!!!

Very bad customer service. Was there to buy a fondation with a friend and a employe rushed us off with an attitude and almost yelled att us to wait 30 min. Left us both speechles.

Visited Tokmanni in Turku 26.11.25 and was totally disappointed. Felt as if I was in a used-goods store with too little room. Never again although the personnel were helpful. What a difference compared to Joutsa where Tokmanni is my favourite fashion store.

Prices were good but aisles were cluttered.

Slow shipping , slow response by customer service , poor website ( bugs) and ordering system

All the staffs are useless.They don't help customers if they need.They will just show attitudes and always in a hurry.Very bad customer service.It was disappointing for us.We buy things with our money, don't take free anything from them.They should focus on their customer service carefully.

The prices are ok, clearly not enough people working since there is alot of unpacked stuff always blocking your route. Staff is also not helpful at all.

I have visited many times on multiple locations, generally they have ok prices, but usually "sale items" they advertise are already sold out when you visit, and many times they make mistakes at cashiers desk, so I advice to take a look on the receipt before leaving.

Cheap prices, often sale campaigns or flash deals! A great family store. The extra star because at Tokmanni they work to fight climate change! And they have recycled shipping boxes!
