What i like is when we call they give an exact clear answers. What i dont dislike and soon to give up is so many documents and even you explained manytimes it cant be done thats my partner pays slip and told must scan or pdf but after told me just take photo normal its difficult whats the best scan pdf or etc. And because of that more delayed i was asking credit because on that time i need to pay very important very emergency as what i remember it was february 27 i ask that credit and we have the money it was 23 and 24 its already in the bank at last the documents i forced to send was accepted and i dont like when i call in service client its not the same person and i will repeatedly again and again about the situation .. but i like very much younited its just not the same the year past they never ask me the reléve compte but now more documents but i always like in younuted because when i call the give a very clear answered and they guide me much. Only with the documents but its normal by the policy and the law its only about documents so far i have some faults too about the documents it was missing 1 page.

I’ve been trying to get a simple answer about my order for over a week. Every time I call, I’m put on hold for 30 minutes only to be disconnected. The live chat is just a bot that gives generic answers. Truly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.
