Warning! Not a bank but a scam
Do not use Qonto. They take your money hostage without reason. Their support team ignores you or is super super hard to reach. Trying to get back your money is a horror. Qonto constantly makes up new excuses, is not transparant, is hard to contact and if you're lucky enough that they communicate: they constantly tell you something totally different than before and shift deadlines and promises about payout dates back and forth every other email.

5 years with them but we must leave, too buggy ....
Two corporate entity, more than 5 years a customer but once it introduced AI support, the result is awful. The develop without checking the limitation they create, integration is sometimes ectic... It was the best bank but now, pass your way except if you want IT bugs and strange limitation with bad support.
