I have always ordered bird food from Vivara and never had a bad experence.

Prompt delivery and the birds love everything. Happy as I know it's high quality bird food.

Excellent product and very fast delivery. The food arrived well packed and fresh. The swans accepted it immediately and seem very happy and healthy. Good quality ingredients and easy to use. I’m very satisfied and will definitely order again. Highly recommended.

Almost everything was good. I received what I had purchased. It came quickly. The only problem was the packing. The carton that the birdfeeder came in was not damaged during transit. But I use scissors to open any delivered packages. There was absolutely no protection for the birdfeeder against any sharp objects to open the package. There should have been at least a small piece of cardboard, if nothing else to protect the item in the box. So this company needs to improve their method of packaging the ordered goods.

Delivery was fast, accurate and ordered products were excellent quality.

Great products and great service! I was very please with the whole experience, the quality of the products I ordered is very good and I can be always confident that there are a good choice for feeding my garden birds. Also the order is packed very well and arrived in Luxembourg very quickly and in good condition.

Order and delivery work perfectly.
Quality, of course, cannot be said,, ,, seems good, however, quality will have to wait, however I have a small thought about plastic clips,, ,, will they last and if not I can order new ones.
However, the birds have a hard time getting used to it,, ,, the tauber tries to get in,, ,, the blackbird runs in and out,, the other small birds do not go near the cage.

I do not like that I cannot pay by bill any more. Hate all these klarnas and likes. May not buy there any more

I like Vivara as their products are nice birds enjoy them. I can get really good information from website and i trust the company.

The quality of the products is awesome. Although I still have no birds visitors, but from experience I know it takes some days before they realize the new source of food.

Very fast delivery and good packaging. The products are not cheap but made with good quality. I use a variety of feeders from them, including ceramic ones, in a very windy balcony and they are very durable. Their feeds are also popular with the birds, especially peanut butters!

The UI/UX for ordering was ok. The payment went smoothly and the delivery took 1 week-ish.
