Dream customer support! I had received one broken dog bowl and asked for a replacement one, but bigger, intending to pay the difference also. Surprisingly, after a very rast response they have sent me the bigger bowl without adjusting the price!

Undeniable quality
Frankly, never have I been more consistently happy with a brand. Every single product, from toys to beds, collars leashes etc never have I ever had a single complaint.

Still didn't get the products I ordered. Also the track and trace doesn't work.
I ordered almost two weeks ago. Yes I know it is holiday season but this is ridiculous.

Parcel not delivered for weeks – support shifts responsibility
I placed an order with HUNTER on November 23. As of today (December 16), the parcel has still not been delivered. Moreover, according to the tracking, it is still in Germany. The shipment was handed over to DHL on November 26.
The only “help” I got from HUNTER support was excuses: that it is not their fault, they cannot do anything, and it is all DHL’s fault. However, I paid HUNTER. In my view, they are not doing anything to actually solve the problem.
I explained that I ordered the items well in advance so everything would arrive on time and I could organize everything properly before picking up my puppy. Instead of support, I kept getting the same response again and again: “please be a little more patient.”
I suggested a refund or recalling the shipment, since it apparently has not even left Germany. The HUNTER team replied that they could not help with that.

We are very sorry that you are dissatisfied with our service. As mentioned via Mail, we are in close contact with DHL regarding your shipment, but due to high volume of parcels and the fact that shipments from Germany to Cyprus always take a little longer then from Germany to Austria, for example. For shipments abroad the service to recall is simply not available at DHL and they assured us that your parcel is on track, unforttunately with a huge delay :(

Poor product
I purchased three size S sleeping places (40/60 sm); however, neither was satisfactory. The sleeping area itself is inadequate and considerably smaller compared to other size S products available on the market. This is primarily due to the disproportionately large borders, which occupy almost half of the total sleeping space and are also too high for medium and smaller-sized dogs. Additionally, it appears the courier did not receive essential information, such as the address and contact details, from the company, which complicated the delivery process.
PS Dismissing my honest feedback is not a good look. I did purchase three dog sleeping places from you on 1st Nov and they are not any good..
