Would not recommend the Lund branch. We booked them for 6 hours to clean which we explained very clearly was to focus on dusting & nothing else to be touched until this was done. We also advised in advance we only had robot hoovers. We arrived home to be told they needed an hour extra to complete, fine as we wanted a good job. When we actually got back in we discovered they had not throughly dusted & what they had done was not well done, things like front of doors dusted but backs forgotten, items not moved off windowsills, dust on top of tvs ect. They had also wasted time re polishing bathrooms cleaned the day before. And they claimed cleaning products weren’t in the house which they were.
We called the office & sent emails showing this. Excuses were given claiming children’s toys were in way - we have one dedicated playroom in which we said just clean windowsill. And “access issues” prevented work being done however they were very happy to come back & finish at an additional cost.
They also tried to upsell window cleaning. When we received the bill it
included 27km of travel & 75sek to hoover rental. In summery a waste of 2190sek when we still had to clean behind them.

VETERENSPOOLEN is a safe choice The people who do the work required are always skilled, happy and trustworthy. The final results of any work done gives the assurance of knowing how good it is to simply ask for their help when needed.

Veteranpoolen is great! Experienced and very friendly professionals to help out with services at home. We got Per Swedberg to drill some walls and the ceiling in our apartment, he did a great job. Very friendly and helpful. Totally recommend Veteranpoolen!

Peo, a 70 year old man, built a large altan on his own. Peo listened to my wishes, remained flexible, professional and in a good mood throughout the project. Obviously, he knew what he was doing. And he did it well at a reasonable cost! The result was better than expected! Tack Peo!

I had a problem with this company. I was told on the phone that "two people working together will cost the same as one person alone".
This lead me to believe that the cost per hour would be the same, when in fact, it turned out that the cost per hour was doubled. This meant that the amount I was expected to pay for cleaning was double the amount I expected.
This is perhaps partly my fault, as it was my first time using a service like this. I also believe it was in large part, the fault of the Veteranpoolen employee who communicated poorly with me.
I understand that mistakes happen, but when they do, I expect them to be resolved professionally and with empathy. This was not the case.
Veteranpoolen refused to admit they were in any way responsible for this poor communication, and offered no remedy.
Veteranpoolen also made a mistake with the invoice. I was initially invoiced for exactly the amount I expected to pay (which I paid, of course), and I was then sent another invoice for the hours again. This of course furthered my confusion. The employee I spoke to did at least admit this was their mistake.
I won't be using Veteranpoolen's services again. I also recommended Veteranpoolen's services to a relative, but after what happened to me, they cancelled their contract.
We have found cleaners elsewhere, more reasonably priced.
I think the price is a bit high, when you consider the employees are... at a point in their lives when everything can start to slow down. They are priced as if they are much younger / efficient. They were very nice people though!

Great to have someone come to my house with loads of allround experience that I could trust to do a good job. The best was that he looked around and found other chores to do as well! Can recommend!

Never take service from this company they scam and charge unnecessary, specially there employee will say i will work free and they will visit and later you will find faktura. Company has no control on employees and they just want to make money without ethics which is rare to find in sweden. DONT TRUST THEM FOR ANY WORK
