I DID NOT receive my package!
I contacted Trodo and i was treated like a liar or a sick in the head.. i informed that my package (order NL000021808) was NOT delivered, i said that i had prove that i did NOT receive my package and the customer service just repeat "DHL informed that the package was successfully delivered". Trodo simply ignored my problem and did not show any willing to settle the problem. I DO NOT recommend AT ALL purchase anything with Trodo.

Delivery was 5 days late
I placed my order with Trodo specifically because the estimated delivery date was July 30. This was very important to me because I was going on a trip and needed the order before I left.
Unfortunately, the order did not arrive until August 4 — five days later than promised. If the actual delivery date had been shown from the beginning, I would have ordered from another store.
I am very disappointed with this experience. Delivery estimates should be reliable, especially when they are a key reason for choosing a particular store.
