Sacha was so helpful and quick to advise me and action my renewal after completing my two year fixed term. I was able to upgrade and this happened exactly five minutes after we spoke - just as Sacha told me.
Sacha was very professional, friendly and warm.
Dealt with my renewal of my contract very effectively and happy to be continuing to use Trooli as my broadband providers owing to the speeds and reliability of the service
Had a inquiry regarding payments Sacha sorted the issue quick and easy. Thanks again.
My husband and I decided to inquire about trooli we spoke to Conner wise he was very helpful and polite and explained everything. We decided to go ahead and change to trooli the equipment arrived very quickly and they arranged a date for installation.
Karthik and Faisal arrived to install the equipment, they worked quickly and were very polite and made no mess. They made sure we understood everything before they left. So far everything is working well and we are very pleased . Would recommend

Decided to change to Trooli full fibre service so phoned customer service Mon 27th Oct as I wanted to check a couple of details.
No long wait, answered by George Hodgson who was easy to speak to , most helpful and signed me up which saved me going to do that on their website.
New Router arrived next day and installation scheduled for Friday 31st.
So far all communications have been excellent.
Their website is good very clear and a good video on the process for installation.
After 5 years & since renewing my contract had loads of problems including overcharging & cannot get hold of anyone to help
Still ignoring emails, accounts don’t answer the phone & no one else willing to help

Been on the phone several times or more over the past 8months. Had sky come out and tamper with the phone line outside my house putting their own fibre installations up. Then our internet drops. Our wifi to our sky box drops and even my 5g ethernet plugs i use as a wired connection too a pc drops constantly, So we ring trooli and get told no issues after running a test. Sent a new router problem not solved but will not send out an engineer too check connections on the phone mast nothing. Say they will email us and just blank them no replies, No help offered on the phone even though whilst in a call it drops 4 times. Awful awful company considering before sky went up the mast everything was perfect no faults i run a speed test sometimes and i get 300 down and 5!!! up shame too say we are going too leave unless its resolved and if it is resolved ill happily update my review but untill trooli send someone out its a big 1 failure

Karthik and Faisal came to install our Trooli fibre connection today, and they were absolutely excellent from start to finish. Both were polite, professional, and communicated really well throughout the process. They took the time to ask exactly where I wanted the installation to take place and discussed the best route for the cable from the JUP to the house.
The installation was completed very neatly, everything was tidy, and they made sure the router setup was working perfectly before leaving. It’s great to see such care and attention to detail. Really happy with the service, thank you, Karthik and Faisal! 👏

Just had my Trooli WiFi installed today by Graeme - he was very informative and polite and the installation was very quick. He let me choose where they'd install everything, and it looks and works great. Left everything very clean and showed me exactly how everything works.
Great installation experience!

George Hodgson reached out to me by phone regarding my broadband options. My current contract runs until February 2026, and he offered a seamless transition to Trooli without double-paying—just £1 per month until my existing contract ends. The process was incredibly straightforward: I simply shared a screenshot showing my contract end date as proof. Everything was sorted within 30 minutes. Great service!

Can't fault the Trooli installation or the service that I am using (although the range from the router isn't as strong as my BT Home Hub).
Annoyingly, my experience begins with a door-to-door salesman offering Trooli subscriptions, with the promise of £1 for the first six months until your current subscription with whichever ISP runs out. Sadly, I was contracted to another 9 months of BT and there was nothing he could do, nor could I exit my current BT contract.
Fast forward a month later and Joshua D knocks on the door again, and says after review, Trooli can extend for an extra couple of months.
Bingo! So I sign up as there's no reason to doubt anything that he has said. Installation was generally OK - although Joshua didn't contact the installation team about specific dates, but the inconvenience of last minute changes worked out.
So by the end of April, I'm all up and running.
By July, I get an email saying the price is increasing from £1, to £1.99. No reason, just that is what is going to be deducted. I've sent emails, and tried customer support (billing and accounts) but left on hold for over 15 minutes at a time.
I assume someone will get back to me, but no one does - and I forget about it, simply because that 99p extra per month isn't the end of the world.
Now we reach October, and I'm told, the six month promotion has ended and I will now have to pay the full price moving forward. Again I followed my previous procedure of calling and emailing - but nothing.
A couple of weeks later, I get alerted the direct debit is about to come out, at which point I have lost patience, tried calling all the departments, and as a final act, call up the cancellation/retention department - call is answered within a 30 seconds of being on hold - the cynic in me is not surprised.
I'm greeted by the lovely Amy who listens and is extremely helpful. Turns out, this Joshua D, wasn't allowed to offer what he said, and funnily enough no longer works at the company. Unfortunately there's nothing she can do to help, and I'm now expected to pay the full price (whilst still paying for my full BT contract) until the complaints department investigate this fully - and they'll get back to me.
I explain that I can't trust that process considering I've emailed and called several times since the 17th of July (now 28th October) and not heard back once - to which she understood as she could see on my account that I've not been responded to.
Now I'm in a predicament whether to terminate my direct debit, or pay for service (which I can't afford until my BT contract expires) and hope their complaint process can sort this out.
Amy was honest that she has heard of this happening before, but not for a long while at least.
Annoyingly this is another win for the cynic in me, to therefore not trust people representing companies any more and to have the capacity to study the fine print in every agreement moving forward.
