Love Travel FX
Travel FX is my go to travel money provider for the following reasons 1 : always one of the top exchange rate companies, 2: keeps the customer updated with progress of their order, 3: doesn’t load the cash with too many large denomination notes, 4: order tracking available. Having been a customer for a few years, I trust them to get everything right and wouldn’t use any other travel money provider.

Fantastic experience dealing with Travel FX! Whilst I was initially hesitant to use, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Their buy back was almost £50 more than anywhere else - I even got a few more £ than quoted. The cash was in my account the next day and they kept me updated the whole way through.

I always use TravelFX for my large currency purchases. The rate offered is always competitive and with free home delivery over £750 is very convenient. I have found the service very reliable and the currency is always securely delivered on the day you have specified.

Very poor delivery service
A service is only as good as its weakest point. If you use Royal Mail to deliver a service that is a poor choice. Our money was 3 days later than we’d been told and we waited in for delivery each day as RM kept saying it would be delivered. Would never use Travel FX again for the unreliability of its delivery service
