The organisation from start to finish was excellent. Flights were both slightly late but it seems all are these days. We still landed on schedule. The hotel was good. The return transfer wasn't great having to navigate tiny lanes up into the hills to pick up 1 person but I suppose you have to expect that. All in all Jet2 get 4/5 again.

Great holiday as always with jet2. Only problem we had was the return airport experience. I think jet2 put to many flights on at the same time. We would never have got through passport control in time for our flight but didn't matter anyway because it was delayed. Jet2 never kept us informed on things. In fact we had to find out ourselves what was going on. Very poor customer service really.

Always use Jet2 and they're great although I did have to lodge a complaint about my last holiday with them. I still use them though because they're usually the best in the business.
