Tiffany Fails

My husband purchased a pearl bracelet for our 30th wedding anniversary- within a few weeks the string of the pearls became very long - we returned the bracelet. Unbeknownst to me my husband paid to have it fixed. They returned what looks like a completely different bracelet. As we have been away I have not worn it - I have now worn it for 3 days and the same thing is happening. I will be taking this up with Tiffany. I have pictures of both bracelets on the day they were sent to us. Just so everyone knows….a Cartier love bangle that we purchased 27 years ago lost the inner clip - they sent a courier to our house to pick it up and delivered it back in the same way. Tiffany - you have a lot to learn - I will be in contact

Will never buy from Tiffany again

A turquoise heart bracelet and pink enamel heart necklace were bought for my wedding in 2018. After a few years the pink heart necklace discoloured badly. I paid £80 + £10 postage fee to get new pink heart with Tiffany service centre. Roll on a few more years and the pink heart has done the same - gone yellow in middle even though I have really looked after it. The turquoise heart is still perfect. Tiffany refuse to replace the pink enamel heart for free - it was sent back to service centre last week and they want me to pay £80 again ( when it will discolour again). It's obviously a defect with the pink enamel but they still sell them. Feel totally let down by their customer service and will never buy from their company again. They can't see timeless pieces when they only last for a certain amount of time.

Bought the tiffany T bracelet to wear…

Bought the tiffany T bracelet to wear with my stack of Cartier and van cleef . After a while noticed it was bending out of shape but wore it constantly with my stack . Contacted tiffany to be told its not a everyday wear and it is a precious metal ? Its gold and never expected the poor quality and was never told it was occasional wear as would never have purchased and kept to brands that dont go faulty if worn . Would not recommend this in less you want to just look at it and wear on occasions .

Terrible quality

I had a pair of Tiffany & Co pearl earrings bought for me as a gift. Unfortunately the pearls came detatched from the posts. I returned them for repair and they initially wanted to charge me £180.00 (+postage!!) to repair them. After pointing out that it is clearly a quality issue they agreed to repair free of charge, however when they arrived home the exact same thing happened. Tiffany asked me to return again. While my earrings are with them for the 2nd time, the same thing happened to my necklace... The pearl just came off the fixing! Terrible quality, terrible repairs, customer service is not much better.

Avoid Tiffany &Co, considering how expensive their pieces are, they are awful quality.

Terrible customer service

Bracelet broke less than a month after pruchase through no fault of us. Contatced customer services and they were useless. Terrible customer service - expected way more from a premium brand. Spend your money elsewhere.

Tiffany &Co necklace, terrible.

I bought a necklace with a coloured heart from Tiffany & Co. The colour on the heart came off after 8 months, so I returned the necklace for it to be reviewed, after a few emails back and forth they decided that I had to pay 75.00 for it to be repaired. This is absolutely disgusting, the necklace was not cheap, for a reputable company that charges alot for their jewellery you would expect better quality. I have bought jewellery from other companies that are so much cheaper and the quality so much better. I paid the 75.00 but now I dare not wear the necklace because I know the same thing will happen. I will never buy from Tiffany's again and my advice would be if your thinking about buying from them, think twice. The quality is terrible and the customer service wasnt much better. In my experience.

I am very disappointed with the Tiffany… Dublin Irlanda

I am very disappointed with the Tiffany store in Ireland and some of the very unprofessional employees. I bought a pair of earrings, one of them was sold with a defect, I went and took them back, I waited a month for them to fix them, a month later I was contacted to go and pick them up, but when I went to collect them, they had the same problem, one of them does not make that specific click when closing, so I do not know if they were fixed or not. I did not say that I was not satisfied and they did not remain in the store. The employee promised me that she would contact me on Monday to tell me what would happen next, if they fix them, they will give me others, 3 weeks have passed and no one has contacted me to tell me what is wrong with the earrings that I paid for. I have also had problems with other cheaper jewelry from smaller brands than Tiffany, but I did not experience what I experienced with them. I am very disappointed with the store in Dublin. In conclusion, 3 months after purchasing, I don't have earrings and I haven't worn them even once.🤔

Poor experience, poor quality - brand is no longer what it was

Purchased a silver pendant necklace in December - had a disappointing store experience in Bond St - unprofessional and did not feel premium. I was hesitant about the quality of the necklace when buying which also did not feel premium (despite a relatively premium price of ~£500) but was assured by the brand name. I understand you're paying for a brand, but experience and quality should be a part of that, not just the colour of the cheap paper box it's packaged in. The necklace broke less than 3 months later. Apparently they only have a 30 day 'warranty' - that sounds like a legally required return policy to me. I brought into the store but was told I needed an appointment - again disappointing given I was there to complain. But sure, made an appointment - as expected, was told this must have been my fault as this never happens (personally I think a premium priced silver necklace should last more than 3 months). There is no signs of any stretch to the links (acknowledged by the sales assistant). They wanted £90 to fix it. I asked if this was a frequent issue - apparently not, and they never have any complaints. The other reviews here would suggest that is not true - maybe they should check online.

Tiffany's signature bracelet

I bought a bracelet in June 2024. In February 2026 my bracelet fell off my wrist in to the sleeve of my sweater. I contacted customer service as it was bought online. I had to pay to return it. The after service is absolutely appalling, I called many times chasing up my bracelet repair. Eventually after several weeks and at a cost of £90 I received my bracelet back. A few weeks later and the same thing has happened again. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. These pieces apparently have a lifetime guarantee, are suitable for daily wear. They are clearly not as described, under the sake of goods acts not fit for purpose.

recently purchased a bracelet from…

recently purchased a bracelet from Tiffany's and had such a wonderful experience. We were looked after by Daanya, who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.
She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, making the whole experience feel really special. We were offered lovely coffee and delicious chocolates after browsing, which was such a thoughtful touch. Nothing felt rushed, and Daanya's knowledge and genuine kindness made choosing the bracelet even more enjoyable.
Truly outstanding customer service - thank you for making it such a memorable visit.
We'll definitely be back!

Very disappointing experience at Westfield Shepherd’s Bush Tiffany & Co

We recently visited the Tiffany & Co. store at Westfield Shepherd’s Bush to view engagement rings and left feeling extremely disappointed.

We were shown a very limited selection of engagement rings (including only a few styles such as the Tiffany Setting) and were not guided through the differences between them. Rather than being supported in understanding cut, carat weight, and design variations, we were expected to already know exactly what we were looking for — which was precisely why we visited the store in the first place: to receive expert guidance on such an important purchase.

The salesperson appeared reluctant to allow us to handle or closely inspect the rings. We felt uncomfortable asking to view pieces in more detail, which is not how a customer should feel when considering a significant and emotional purchase. The overall atmosphere felt guarded and subtly judgmental.

We were also told we would receive details of the ring we expressed interest in later that day. We heard nothing for four days, and then unexpectedly received an appointment notification for the following day — an appointment that had only been discussed in principle and never formally agreed.

Overall, the experience did not meet expectations in terms of service, communication, or customer care.

Very Disappointed

I have purchased a number of items over the recent years and each purchase I made I was told that I can return any of the items for free of charge cleaning. I attended today to have three items cleaned and was told that there is now a £25 charge for cleaning. No notice of this change in policy and the items after cleaning don’t look much different to before cleaning. Very disappointed Tiffany each purchase made previously has been a memorable experience this time has honestly left a sour taste in my mouth. I suggest when introducing such policies you do send out a communication advising if these policies not when a customer attends the store that they are advised of this.

Terrible - avoid !

Terrible. For such a high end company their customer service is some of the worst I’ve ever experienced.

They can’t even be bothered to even hire staff who can spell and complete a grammatically correct sentence. Not to mention how rude they can be. Sorry do you not want my money?

Honestly thought this brand was better than this definitely my first and last time ever buying or recommending this brand.

Really unsure how you have such a name for yourself. Your website also states several pieces of jewellery are in stock, allows you to add to basket then when finalising check out says you cannot as item not in stock. Very bizarre.

So yes overall, would strongly recommend you to spend your money elsewhere. Would give 0 out of 5 if possible.
