Update 2: Adding another star after getting my money back. It worked out. Just a bit slow and clumsy. The bar in e-com is high.

Update: Adding a star at a time. From 1 to 2 sofar. Got a smooth return solution.

Most e-commerce sites are good 99% of the time. The difference is that 1% when something goes wrong. I got the wrong product and they a) took two days to reply b) requested me to visit a shop outside of town for a replacement (against the consumer law) and c) had no coordination whatsoever between phone and e-mail. You can call and have a nice talk but it has no effect whatsoever on the issue (even if they tell you they will inform the person that is handling the issue, in this case that a visit to a shop was not feasible) and if you call again you will start from scratch. So the e-mail channel is slow and the phone channel is useless. It's 2026, the e-commerce sites I regularly use are really great in all respects. This company is stuck in the 1900's. Now waiting for next e-mail exchange. Maybe a star more or two could be salvaged.

We are pleased to hear that a smooth solution was ultimately found regarding the return. When an issue occurs with an order, we naturally aim to find a solution and handle the matter correctly.
At the same time, we cannot recognise the picture that our customer service is ineffective. Our employees work based on the information and procedures available in each individual case, and some matters may require coordination between customer service and the relevant store or department.

The items purchased did not match the picture on the website. An individual item should have arrived with 3 separate components as the picture shows but instead only arrived with two components. The staff tried to rectify the issue but nothing could be resolved.

Took way too long to deliver, assembly wasnt done properly. Customer service clicked my call. Returned the bike as soon as i possibly could
