Terrible service
Terrible service. They are lying and say different and do different,
I booked three times in past few years from 2020 to205 and every time they cheated me and scammed me,
and when you booking they will say different things but you booked and few hrs left to travel there will be email you and everything changed. They will ruin your holidays. So my advice please don’t book with them , if you want enjoy your holidays there is many others good trustworthy websites. Avoid teletext .

Was a booking error on there part…
Was a booking error on there part resulting in the hotel not being able to accommodate us.
We were offered alternative accommodation for trip planned in August none of which met the standards or the requirements as the one paid for.
As per the booking confirmation terms of conditions it clearly states a full refund of any payments made on any significant change to the package.
They have been unwilling to comply with the terms and conditions and in fact have stated they would return the hotel booking cost but not the flights paid for within the package.
Extremely unprofessional nd completely unlawful.
