Suey is the best Account Manager there is. She's prompt, sweet, and very knowledgeable. 10/10 Customer service. There hasnt been an issue that she didnt have the answer to! Orders get processed and difficult products to find are found fast!

Sourcinbox was my first ERP, and am very lucky to find the best in my first try. Am not saying this cause i feel like it, am saying this cause this must be said. Anything from product queries to quotation they are spot on and delivers fast response. A order comes in and they are on the way to place an order. Shirley was one of my agent, who helped from getting my first store started and streamlining the whole process. Excellent customer service and excellent vibe.

The only problem is that they are off during the Saturdays and Sundays which i guess they can solve by hiring different staffs for those days, cause e-commerce doesn’t leave no excuses for holidays. But we are human beings so rest is as much important.
