SIXT car rental USA Reviews 

Rented ACADIA like, arrived on time and there was only available a Traverse (which I chose as the nearest choice to Acadia) or Santa Fe. At the parking found there was an Acadia parked side to side to the Traverse, so that disappointed me a little. anyway, service was great at counter, SUV was great, no issues during rental. Returning was easy and fast. Charged only what agreed, so that was great. I recommend it and will use it again.

Renting the car through SIXT was a great experience. The procedure was simply and smooth. The counter staff was very patient on finding the right car for me (the first assigned car was ok, but i thought it's trunk is not big enough to put our luggage, so I asked for another car). The cleaning stuff is very helpful, taught me how to get exit to the garage. Also helped me to get the ticket from the exit gate machine. The car was very tidy and clean.

Check in and vehicle pickup was simple, fast and very easy.
The representative Brianna made the process very pleasant and simply.
Return was also quick and simply and an adjustment was immediately made to my final rental fee due to a minor issue I experienced with the vehicle.

We had a great time with our car. In store everyone was kind. However when we got home from our vacation I see that you double charged me. Now I can not reach anyone that can actually help me. Only short email replies without any help. Just unacceptable and extremely frustrating and stressful right after a holiday. I believe you have over charged me close to $400 too much and my 10 day rental was close to $1000 that I paid a month before pick up in full! PLEASE someone call me or reach out to me.

Great, so this is when we arrived at London Gatwick a very pleasant young man dealt with us in a very professional and courteous way. We returned it to London Heathrow three days later everything was seamless.
I left my rain jacket in the car and a couple of days later I had an email to tell me that I had and the procedure for returning it.
Really great service.

Reliable and new car, smooth and easy pick up and return of rented car. The car was clean, ready and fully charged. Staff were efficient and knowledgeable. Booking process was strait forward, no complications.

Love the ability to book and pick up the cars thru the app, speeds up the process and cuts out time at the counter.

Had my car stolen (twice in 1 moth) and it had been taken t the repairs for repairs. Still needed to get around as live in country NSW. The staff at Orange base were fantastic as I wasn't sure how long I would need the car for. They were great in helping me as first it was under my sons name the several weeks later was changed into my name. The staff were extremely helpful with everything. And then helpful again when I returned the car. SixT should be very pleased with their Orange NSW AU staff.

Reservation was easy online. Text message arrived for contact less check in. Choice was given between two fantastic options that were both what I expected. Scanned a QR code, got the keys, & drove off. The car was in great shape & super clean (thank you). Return was even easier - just a drop off & receipt via email. All this at San Diego airport!

Excellent customer service, great value, well presented vehicle.

The staff was very friendly. I was convinced to upgrade my vehicle, and unfortunately, the vehicle I received had mechanical issues.
I called customer service to get the issue resolved, but the only solution offered was to bring the vehicle back to the rental location to have it inspected. I was on vacation and did not have time to spend driving back and forth to the rental location, so I decided to return the car early.
Despite returning the vehicle early due to the mechanical issues, I was still charged for the entire rental period. I had to call customer service again to request some sort of discount. I was given a discount, which I appreciate, but I still had to pay for the unused days instead of being refunded for the days I did not use the vehicle.
If I had not upgraded the vehicle and had not experienced any mechanical problems, I would have kept the car for the full rental period. However, given the circumstances, I don't understand why I should have been charged for the entire rental when I had to return the vehicle early because of a problem with the car. I believe I should have been refunded for the unused days rather than simply receiving a partial discount.

Rented car from BWI Airport. I will say that all associates that I had interactions with were wonderful. Ms. Niya (at pickup) and Mr. Emmanuel (at drop off ) were both exceptional in their customer service skills. Kudos to them both regarding professionalism and dedication to their jobs. Thanks!
