Excellent after-sale service! Customer service responded quickly and appropriately to my requests and made sure that the exact battery that I needed for my camera was sent to me, despite my own mistake in ordering. Unusual these days to get such personalised service, for which I am grateful.

Battery not compatible
I ordered a battery for my camera. It was advertised as 100% compatible. The site was misleading. Issues with delivery from Ups. Now they ask me to pay for the return. And my 1-star review was never posted.
That explains the good reviews.

Perfect replacable battery fro Dyson
I got a replacable battery for my Dyson vacuum cleaner. And it worked perfectly! Admittedly it was much cheaper than the original one.

Slow shipping
Slow shipping : I decided to ship UPS to get the battery faster and Pay for Premium shipping . It took 8 calendar days from germany to belgium …..This is expensive and slow.

A disaster.
I order 10 days ago and still nothing. The customer service doesn’t help, impossible to have somebody on the phone.
From Belgium to Belgium, never had such a bad experience with an online order.

I have appreciated the service and my experience with Subtel.
The ordering was easy and efficient. The delivery before the announced timing.
I contacted the customer service because the battery was not working with my laptop.
They replied very quickly to my question.
Unfortunately, the battery does not work with my laptop model.
(There is one letter of difference... I was hoping it would also work on my laptop)
They proposed to return the product, despite the fact I took some time before testing.
(return at own cost, which I consider normal)
