At the order, I prefer that the delyvery address will be a pick up point instead of house address. Later By dhl i could change the destination point !

Very poor experience

received 2 x 6V6 NOS tubes for my guitar amp. Both were faulty. The first one started crackling and then stopped producing any sound at all. I replaced it with the second one, which was visibly internally arcing. I tried the first one again, which literally broke in my hand as I gently inserted it into the amp socket. Electols advised me to return both tubes. They then emailed me to say that they would refund me for the second but not the first, which they are blaming me for (even though I had explained the entire situation already). They did not refund my postage expenses either, despite having previously said they would after examination.

Quick delivery
