Generally seamless booking experience. Only minor gripe - it would be nice to be able to select new booking dates from the "sailing/pricing available" page. You can shift a day in either direction,... See more

After trying a few times to Book the Steam Packet from Dublin to Isle of Man and return , I was successful in booking the dates I wanted for TT 2026 , quite easy when dates are available?
The website feels outdated, as though it hasn't been updated since the early 2000s. Ticket prices are expensive for what you get, and the ferry itself appears tired, and in need of significant evaluation of prices to reflect what you receive. It seems the company benefits from having very little competition on passenger routes to and from the Isle of Man, which may explain why the overall customer experience hasn't improved.
just a shitty user interface. hard to find what you want, very counter intuitive.
The booking process was user friendly and relatively simple to do. I did, however, realise after I had booked that there was a possibility that, coming from London, we may not make the early ferry in time. The rebooking was handled professionally and efficiently and I was impressed with this excellent service. Thank you.
The booking experience was easy but the ferry was very expensive
Booking was easy and straightforward, the site was a doddle to navigate and I got the sailings i asked for.
i needed to change ticket dates, the girl at the desk was very helpful
Booking is easy on Steam Packets website, very straight forward. my problem with Steam Packet is sailings to races in IOM are nearly always through Belfast and now worse for southern travellers we have to go to and back through Larne and always at night.. Hopefully next year we will have more sailings into Dublin.
Absolutely terrible service and communication. My sailing was cancelled at very short notice with no proper support or alternative options offered – the only replacement was two days later, making my short family holiday completely pointless. Staff were unhelpful and even suggested I just turn up at the port and wait around hoping to get on a ferry, which was distressing and completely unacceptable. It has ruined what was meant to be a special trip, caused enormous stress and financial loss, and I would strongly advise anyone to think very carefully before booking with this company.
