Literally any other delivery company is better than PostNord.
They somehow managed to lose a big, heavy box, which was supposed to be delivered in 1 day, domestically, from Brondby to Herlev. It's now been a week, customer support is vague, not telling any details, and that horrible chat bot is more annoying than helpful.
A "case" was opened to investigate but I can guarantee I can say goodbye to that package.
I've never seen a postal service being THAT BAD, every time I order something with PostNord, I am more amazed that it actually arrived than it didn't, and that says a lot.
Avoid this company at all costs. They don't give a damn about your parcels, or you.

Hi Post Nord, The package has not been delivered as of Tuesday July 21 to the house address. Is it possible that it was delivered to the post office or Noth Air that deals with Purolator courier? Please email me with any additional delivery information.

Always use alternative service if possible (gls, bring, Dao). They don’t even bother trying to deliver packages 🥲

Ordered a package from USA for around…
Ordered a package from USA for around 500$.
Waited around 3 weeks (expected) and then went on 2 weeks of summer holiday camping in the mountains with no internet.
When I returned in the 20th I noticed I had received a mail from Post nord on the 8.th of July, that i had 10 days to pay for customs clearing.
I tried to pay immediately but the pay link was cancelled (12 days since I was notified during peak summer holidays)
It took from morning to afternoon to chat with somebody other than useless bots. (No phone customer service is available)
The parcel was still in Denmark, but it was apparently impossible to avoid the parcel from being sent back to western USA, from where I most likely will have to pay around 200 $ to have the send it again back to Denmark.
No more postnord for me ever again....luckily today there are almost always other options
