Placed an order for items on 18 October 2022. Parcel has still not been delivered over one week later. Asked to wait 5 days for an answer from the courier. Accordingly, requested a refund so that I can obtain the goods elsewhere, and told to wait the 5 days. Unacceptable and essentially prohibiting me now from sourcing urgent items elsewhere.
