this would be the worst courier service i have ever had. From now on i will find out what courier service they are going to use, if it's this mob i will not be ordering from them!!!

This company is the worst company ever. They need to be shut down. They steal customers packages. They say they've delivered your package when they haven't and when you tell them that's not the package in the photo or the correct property, they then turn around and say they'll pick it up from the property and redeliver. I've already been waiting for a few weeks already for my parcel. This is not on. This is disgusting from a courier and you should be ashamed of yourselves. I hope the POLICE COME KNOCKING ON YOUR DOOR.
Everyone needs to take this company to the media to get them shut down.

slow very late delivery with the running behind logo as a feature

They marked the item as delivery attempted at 5:03pm Wednesday. They marked this status on the Friday. However, I had been home all day Tuesday and Wednesday and if delivery had been attempted, then I would have received the item.

Sent two emails asking where my parcel is, no response. Absolutely scammers.

How are you people still in business no parcel has ever arrived on time it's always running behind your service is a joke 🤬

Received tracking information yesterday, 17/6, that my parcel had been
"successfully delivered to Perth, and left in a safe place".
I live 80k South of Perth, in Mandurah. My address was provided when I ordered.
I have tried contacting PFL, by email, because they don't have a phone number. I haven't received a response from them yet. I don't know why companies use courier services that have such lousy reputations.
These couriers and their useless tracking apps need to be replaced.

Dropped on front porch on top large yellow sign requesting use safe wall mounted parcel box, also in full view street.
Have reported to PFL but as with past drop offs, still occurring.

Unfortunately, this is just 1 of many couriers who don't stack up to the standard. Some of the worse couriers who deliberately use these tactics are those that charge FEE'S. It's so that you either pay a 2nd time for them to redeliver, or It's costing you extra time & money to pick up your parcel from 1 of their out of the way depots. Even AUST Post couriers will make fake deliveries, leaving you with the inconvenience of having to pick up your parcel from your local Post Office. & never accept any given apologies, as you will soon discover they are just the same lame excuses they give to everyone over & over, time & time again. MAKE IT A RULE, To avoid giving your business to any of these dodgy online companies, where it's possible read their reviews, but don't pay any attention to their 5-Star Rating as it is WORTHLESS, instead take notice of how many & how often customers have made the same complaints and if there was a satisfactory resolution or not, this is a much better guide to follow, in finding those Professional companies who also provide excellent customer service, instead of these useless Armatures who don't give a ####.

Parcels were left out on the street over the weekend. Front gate is closed on weekends. Easy pickings for anyone walking past. My daughter nearly run over them as she opened the sliding gate and reversed out the driveway. Not happy Jan.

where does one start, Ok My package was picked up on a Tuesday , I kept on the tracking only to find that it said wrong address or incorrect address. so I spoke to the sender check with them to make sure the address that I gave them was right they confirmed it was .Between my self and the sender sent emails asking what was going on ,no reply at all from Parcel Freight Logistics.on parramatta road in Sydney ,still no sign of the item, so the week ended then on the Monday I sent a email no reply Tuesday still no reply then on Wednesday the item showed up at my door . And the address that was placed by the sender was right unchanged .No emails have been sent to say sorry for the delay not a thing. I feel a snail would have delivered my item faster than this mob. If anyone is looking for someone to ship there items I would say dont bother better of finding someone else ,I would not trust this company with anything . Who ever runs Parcel freight Logistics needs to give the team who work there a shake up ,Ive looked at other reviews and most say the same as Ive said .If a item is in Sydney and the address is in Sydney one would think is would not take over a week to receive. Again Dont Use Parcel Freight Logistics to send your freight .

When I contacted them regarding a delivery, their response was swift and very professional. The issue was quickly sorted in an extremely friendly manner and I cannot praise them enough for their kindness. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, I have arrived at the conclusion that I will no longer purchase goods online if the Seller insists on using PF Logistics. Time and time again this service has a record of very poor standards. I, already have my standards at a very low bar of expections based on alternative options. But PF Logistics makes Australia Post look like a premium service. I'm done. Items sitting in sortation facilities for an entire week at a time is unacceptable. Very poor customer tracking experience.

NO DELIVERY ATTEMPT WAS MADE AT ALL (despite their Delivery driver’s claims of “attempted delivery” on a Sunday ! ) NOTE: I was HOME ALL DAY - I tried MANY TIMES TO CONTACT - NO REPLIES - NO ATTEMPT AT REDELIVERY ! NOTHING !

Parcel tracking just says ‘delayed’ which I was already aware of as it hadn’t arrived. Despite a large window of delivery dates originally given it as yet still hadn’t arrived.

genuinely lost a thousand dollars worth of goods from china through this pathetic company, I wonder how these fools are still a thing. multiple times Ive recieved parcels after months of being lost, turned back and delayed, and after all that wait, the items in the parcels, have been Opened into and STOLEN. they've left the packaging of my items but taken out the actual goods. and no it was not customs as they contact you if they did suspend items

This company barely even gives me updates. And the fact that my eBay parcel is passed it's expected date is terrible. Honestly would prefer Couriers please instead of this bs. Ts pmo.

Received Email from eBay informing me my item was out for delivery Estimated delivery: Mon, 23 Mar. Carrier:
PF Logistics. They had two items for me from different sellers both out for delivery same day. There information says item in Newcastle:20-03-2026 01:41:14

All in all poor service.

This company "attempted" twice to deliver my parcel.. Well they did NOT actually attempt the delivery, I believe the driver did not get out of his vehicle to actually deliver the parcel and probably sat in his driver's seat and played with himself instead.

When Australia Post has no issues with delivering a similar parcel to my same address but this courier is unable to do so, it shows how BAD this courier actually is. Would give 0 stars or a minus rating if it were possible. 🤬🤬
