Partena Mutualité is extremely inefficient and unreliable when it comes to processing employers’ paperwork.
It is 19th of Jan 26, and I still have not got paid for December 25, all because partena "pro" are refusing to do their job on time.
Never work with these careless people.
Extremely slow and ineficient, make errors and try to blame you of them. The personnel point at you and treat you as stupid, saying things like "What you do not understand..." and manipulating facts, such as telling you that you asked for a change when you did not or saying that the TVA activities are not NACE activities. Their audacity and the time that you invest just to get things done is terrible. I unfortunately was registered with them by an accountant, maybe she had a commission. To avoid.
Completely agreeing with the other comment. The worst ever, they do not stop to send new invoices for services that you do not ask for, and make you pay any standard request a fortune... What a shame. So happy to have left....
