Out of all the beauty sites, Lila Beauty never fails to deliver. delivery is consistently so fast - i put through an order and within a day or two, it arrives. Same experience, time after time. I am a customer of both Wcosmatic and Lila Beauty, and I’ve noticed a clear difference in customer care between the two.
At Wcosmatic, I have spent around $300–$400, but I did not receive any complimentary samples or added customer care gestures. The overall experience felt quite basic for the amount I spent.
In contrast, Lila Beauty has been consistently impressive. Their delivery is fast, their prices are very competitive, and they often include generous free samples in orders. Even though I may not use all of them, I’m happy to pass them on to friends and family. Interestingly, this has helped introduce others to products they later enjoy and go on to purchase themselves.
This thoughtful approach to customer experience really stands out. It’s easy to see why Lila Beauty is so popular—people naturally recommend it, including professionals like flight attendants who share tips about ordering from them when they can’t find certain products in stores in Seoul, South Korea.
Overall, I really appreciate Lila Beauty’s customer-focused approach. It makes the shopping experience feel more rewarding and personal.

I’ve ordered from this company for years and have always been happy with their affordable prices and fast shipping. However, their returns policy is disappointing. They do not offer refunds or store credit for products that cause allergic reactions, nor do they accept returns on lightly used items.

This may not be a major issue for small purchases, but it can be frustrating if you’ve spent a significant amount. As someone with sensitive skin, I’ve had other retailers provide refunds or return options when a product caused a reaction, so this policy feels less customer friendly than I’d expect.

Delivery is very quick , prices are excellent compared to other sites . Great choice as well, also get little samples to try.

I’ve only purchased from Lila Beauty once so far, but I had a great first experience. My order was shipped within three days and arrived about a week and a half later, which I was really happy with. When my package arrived, it also included a small freebie, which was a lovely surprise. Everything arrived safely and well packaged. I’d definitely purchase from them again.

Have never had a problem with them tbh. Sooo affordable compared to physical store (cheaper than chemist, sephora, w cosmetic generally) shipping is relatively quick too. Placed my order wrong once and emailed them on the day to see if it could be amended or refunded so I could place another and had the refund within 24 hours.

Have not had one negative experience with Lila Beauty and I’ve been using them for a good year and half. I place an order and I have it within 2 business days. I’ve reached out on a few occasions to query restocks and they’ve always gotten back to me quickly - they have a huge range and always have a sale happening every week, they’re my go too anything Korean skincare! They are one of the few stores that have a really good rewards system set up and their shipping costs are one of the lowest around. Bonus - they aren’t stingy on the samples they send out - they always include more than any other online beauty supplier I’ve ever used.

I ordered medicube cream second time when I ordered first time the medicube creams quality was great. But now I got second time my order medicube quality is very cheap like temu. But cosrx stuff is good. So I m not recommended to buy medicube from lila beauty.
