Personnel walked out on us while we were in the middle of us trying on rings and looking at different options without saying a single thing to us. From the beginning she was quite unwelcoming and was on her phone seeming generally super disinterested and almost unhappy that we were there. Next to that, we ended up ordering a ring online which had a little piece sticking out on the interior part of it making it hurt the skin, so we will return that at the store soon. Overall, not the shopping experience we were hoping for eventhough 2 years ago we had a good experience there.

I ordered 2 silver rings
I ordered 2 silver rings, one was good, but one of those looked like it had scratches on it, and the colour was matted. Also, I ordered (and payed) a small heart box for each of the rings, but received only one.

The packing is so bad
The packing is so bad. The necklace or any other jewelry can be put in a nice box than some paper bag. I’m very disappointed because it was a gift for a friend and it’s very unpresentable.

It took two weeks to arrive, despite what it says on their website “next day delivery”. I opted to engrave the bracelet that I ordered for my mom, the engraving was done by Sher and it was wrong.. I will never order from this website again what a great waste of time
