Heavenly store. Gracious, thoughtful, helpful Sales staff. Purchased an exquisite georgette Bombshell Frill Blouse in a dusty pink which is very flattering. New Kitten d' Amour designs are dropped quite regularly so there is always something delightful to find. In general, Kitten d' Amour garments are charming, feminine, well-constructed pieces that help to make the wearer look stunning.

Kitten D'amour is always a delight to shop at, and the kittens that work there are always wonderful! The clothes are exceptional, the physical stores are an incredible experience to visit, and the staff make you feel so welcome and looked after - especially if you go birthday shopping there, as I have done for about 15 years. Forever a kitten fan!

The jacket is as gorgeous as in the photos. Quality is good and sizing while could be 10% bigger is not bad. (Personal preference only)

Both time I have gone into your Marion store the staff there have been so friendly in a way that doesn't just feel like customer service nice. It's always a pleasure. Not to mention the collections are beautiful.

I absolutely love Kitten D’Amour! The dresses are beautiful, well-made, and the retro designs are absolutely fabulous. I’ve purchased from the brand before and genuinely love their style.

However, I do have one concern based on what I witnessed at the Parramatta Westfield store. I noticed staff taking items directly from the racks, wearing them during their shift, and then returning them to the selling floor afterwards.

I completely understand that staff may need to wear the brand’s clothing for work, but for hygiene purposes, I believe staff should have designated pieces specifically for work rather than wearing items that are intended to be sold to customers. Once an item has been worn for an entire day, I personally wouldn’t feel comfortable purchasing it as a new item.

I’m sharing this feedback because I really love the brand and its products, and I hope the store can consider having separate staff uniforms or designated staff pieces. It would make customers feel more confident about the hygiene and condition of the items being sold.

Was an amazing experiance, staff was lovely, kind and helpful. They didnt upsell everything to send me broke like most stores do, they helpes with what I wanted / needed, and that was all.
