I bought my Audi A3 Sportline from Kvalitetesbiler less than a month ago. I noticed that there were a lot of scratches in the tyres which I was not happy about.
I contacted my dealer Patrick to find out if we can find a compromise regarding this several times and no response from his side. I was also offered very low price for my almost unused tyres from my old car.
Quite a disappointment and never recommending to others. I hope they improve customer service better

I had a great experience with Kvalitetsbiler both for selling my car and buying a car. I also most recently leased a car from Kvalitetsbiler arranged by Thor Holst Dyhr. Everything went very smooth with a very high level of professionality. I can tell that it could have never been done better.
In overall, you are always welcomed from the reception desk when you step in for the first time, and it will remain like that until you shake hands with one of the Sales Consultant at the car delivery. Very professional.
Finally I would like to state that, when you get the car from Kvalitetsbiler, you are sure that get the car in the highest quality condition as a used car can have. So definitely quality fits to their name.

My experience was mind blowing. I personal experience is with Dennis. This man is patient, and when minor problem occurs he literally does everything possible so you will leave with a new car. Next time I need to change car again,my first thing would be to call Dennis and set a meeting :) oh and if you give exchange car with fault, be honest about those. This is a place where I wouldn't burn bridges:)

Bought the car with some minor issues that "Kvalitetsbiler.dk" promised to deal with. Now more than month later they still have not been able to get it done. Bad communication from their side etc.
Gave me 50% discount on the new floormaths. When I took them out of the bag........ they were used !
ADVICE : Make sure that the car you are buying is in perfect condition. Do not pay them the money before that !
Bought a car, which was perfectly described and in great condition. Seller is very friendly and helped with the whole process.
