I have contacted this business online, and by email as I wanted to sell a rather nice German wristwatch when I visited Berlin this spring. I must say that the service level of this establishment is so poor that it defies explanation. They simply cannot give me an answer as to whether they are interested, or not, and do not reply to my emails. I would steer clear of these people.
