The information was excellent the only thing I have a problem with is that I was told in the first chat that the fee was $5 but my card was charged $70...it was a good thing I was watching and caught is right then and asked for a refund of $65....some people don't check that and then you end up with angry customer's.

JustAnswer is trying to take my bad…
JustAnswer is trying to take my bad review down; see JustAnswer is a scam, published 09/04/2026. They have all of my personal information, everything from DOB, Credit Card#, email, home address and telephone number. They, JA (JustAnwer) have embedded in the Colombian Consulate’s results (Newark, NJ location) their phone number when you Google search, as an alternative number to call, when the Consulate is closed. So stupid me, I’d clicked on that number and a chat opened up encouraging me to explain why I was contacting the Consulate, the person at the other end pretending to be a Consulate staff, requested all of my personal information including my credit card, with the pretext that a Tech from the Consulate was going to call me back. Stupidly and reluctantly I agreed to their terms, and they ended up billing me for an initial $5.00 USD and an additional $65.00 USD for a subscription to an Attorney, and supposedly to be billed $65.00 USD per month. Unfortunately, and conveniently, Trustpilot does not allows me to paste my screenshots so I can prove beyond a reasonable doubt, that JustAnswer are scamming people…
