I took a survey that was advertised to be less than 20 minutes. I spent MORE than 20 minutes on it, as it asked very detailed questions, requiring sentences for answers. AFTER the survey ended, it said that the survey already had enough people, and awarded me .05 instead of the promised 10 or 20x that.
It's not acceptable to me to use that as a reason to get all the information you want and then come up with that kind of excuse. And ipsosisay supported that surveyor, after I reported the problem. Disappointing
I’ve been using this website for Surveys for over five years maybe even seven. I’ve cashed out plenty of rewards. Never had a problem now I wanna cash out again cause I’ve done a few surveys and made enough to cash out. They emailed me back stating that I don’t align with their requirements. Are you kidding me? I explained to them go look at my record of how many surveys I’ve taken within those years and never had a problem now they won’t let me cash out and they deactivated my account so whatever you do do not sign up for them at all.
I am beyond frustrated right now.
I have been doing online surveys for years. I use different platforms and apps. I know how screening works. Getting disqualified at the start? Fine. That is normal.
But Ipsos? They are something else.
Let me tell you what happened yesterday.
I started a survey about electronics. TVs, phones, gadgets. I spent almost 45 minutes on it. Maybe even an hour. I read every question carefully. I gave honest, thoughtful answers. I did not rush through it.
I reached the final page. The very last one. I clicked submit.
And then?
"Disqualified."
Just like that. No points. No reward. Nothing.
This is not a one-time thing. It happens almost every single time I do their surveys. I complete the whole thing. I answer everything. The points never show up in my account. Never.
They take all my data. My preferences. My buying habits. My honest opinions. They get everything for free. Then they kick me out at the last second to avoid paying me.
It is dishonest. It is exhausting. And I am done with it.
*My advice to everyone out there:*
Skip Ipsos surveys completely. Do not even click on them. Save yourself the headache.
They are going to disqualify you right at the end. It is their trick to save money.
Your time is valuable. Do not waste it on these people.
Hope this review helps someone avoid the same trap.
I was given to be.i. S focus group which I accepted. They kept me update and I was supposed to send a email about when to join the group. They never sent the email for me to join. I kept checking on when it was going to arrive so I could join . They were offering 12500 points for the group. Never got the email and therefore never got the points.i asked them about this because it was due.ti.their fault that I did not get the email. They kept that they would check into it. I sent the original email to prove that I had been invited to the focus group. They used every excuse not to give me the points
Very disappointed
Waste of time if you are looking to profit from this. Low payouts, very few surveys actually available to me. Time invested only to be disqualified then a small token payment. Total waste of time and energy.
I qualify for more studies than other companies where I qualify maybe 10% of the time. Here, I qualify about 33% of the time, a much improved success rate.
I wanted to like this platform, but unfortunately my experience has been disappointing.
On multiple occasions, I have spent a significant amount of time completing surveys, only for the website to crash or disconnect before I could finish. Each time I contacted customer support, I was told that no reward could be given, despite the issue appearing to be on their end.
I understand that technical problems can happen, but it's frustrating that participants lose both their time and their rewards when the platform fails. A fairer approach would be to investigate these cases properly or offer partial compensation for time already invested.
Customer service has been polite, but the responses have essentially been, "it is what it is," with no real attempt to resolve the issue.
If you're considering using this platform, just be aware that if a technical issue occurs during a survey, you may receive nothing for the time you've already spent.
I hope Ipsos iSay reviews its policy and starts treating participants more fairly when technical problems arise.
Hey, my $5 reward has been stuck under automated review for over a week and email support isn't responding. Can an agent look at my account?
I have been with this site for a very long time. I started to get kicked off or have round and round surveys. Recently this site left me with a bad taste. I completed a survey. 30 min survey. Then got a message saying This survey is not available at the moment. The project team has been
notified and you may try to access the survey later. Sent off an email reporting that I did the survey no points. They sent back that the 30 min I took that I was screened out. I sent another email and now they do not respond at all. Use to be one of the better survey taking sites.
I took the survey about 10-15 min But I did get only 3 points.
Not worth.
Not great company, they put blame of their own bugs on customers. It impossible to reach of their customer service. They answer only with AI text. They did not even returned reward that I should get their, no matter of their written rules.
As I see here they also blame people about false reviews.
Ok so not the worst but very far from the best. At least in terms of surveys which are few and far between.
Made $15 bucks in a month and a half so don’t count on racking up the cash here.

I completed enough surveys for a $15 payout but couldn’t redeem it because “I had to wait 96 hours” from taking my first survey according to their ridiculous policy. After 96 hours the reward redemption button is “not currently available”. I reached out to them through their contact link & this was the AI response:
“We apologize for the inconvenience!
Upon recent review, we noticed some inconsistencies in your responses that jeopardize our survey data, therefore, after careful consideration, and in line with our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions, we have decided to discontinue your account.
Please also note that we reserve the right to cancel a membership without warning or having to justify the decision afterwards, according to our terms and conditions, which you agreed to when you joined our panel.

Yep! You read all that correctly, they “reserve the right to cancel a membership without warning or having to justify the decision afterwards” so they can get away with not compensating you. SO BASICALLY DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS BS APP OR WEBSITE!!!!! YOU WILL 100% BE SCAMMED OUT OF YOUR TIME & MONEY OWED.
Edit 6/24/26 in reply to their robot response below: why would I ever contact your fraudulent company again “with more details” when my account is already canceled and I literally wrote every detail of my experience in my review? LMFAO. This is just another example of how much this company sucks.

I think need to be more socialise, ad more advertising, have more language, enclod some age between 15&18 ,need customer service tool free number,
I appreciate every opportunity that I get to share my opinion
It's very good, I really enjoyed socialising with you. It's a good job
They cancel you without any reason at all after you work through hours of surveys and then wont allow you to redeem your rewards and hide behind their "well you agreed to our fine print policy about being able to cancel people whenever we want" bullshit. They get their surveys answered but dont pay what they agree to pay you after. But apparently im a robot? I dont leave honest opinions on the surveys I did for them? Alright. How's this for an honest opinion? You're company is a scam and I hope it sinks!
