Kevin at Intersport shop in Lyngby Storcenter was extremely helpful and friendly. I had ordered a Salomon trail online and when received it was a size too big. So I went to the above shop to exchange.
Kevin took back the too big shoes and, all at his own initiative, ordered the correct size online for me, providing all the core paperwork and so forth. An exceptionally easy and seamless transaction. I highly recommend Intersport for online shopping as they have terrific back up exchange and service in their retail
